When I finally did talk to someone on the phone, they said they were having technical issues, but that just doesn't cut it for me. I mean, come on, sending out coffee shouldn't be that hard, right?

Ordering the coffee subscription was super easy, but when I tried to cancel, it was a different story. I had to send in a written request, which I thought was way too much of a hassle. Plus, after waiting seven whole business days, I still haven't heard back from customer service! It's been pretty disappointing and unprofessional, to be honest. I'm definitely not planning on ordering from them again after all of this.
