Bi-weekly coffee subscription
I signed up for a bi-weekly coffee subscription thinking I'd get my deliveries every two weeks. But, I've actually been getting my coffee only every six weeks. It's really annoying and I keep running out of coffee because of it.
A few bags at a time
I used to really enjoy ordering from this place because it was super easy and my coffee always came fresh. But now, they went and changed the order page, and it's a complete disaster. My favorite list is gone, ordering is all messed up, and I can't even figure out how to place an order without subscribing. It's so aggravating! Guess I'll have to look for somewhere else to get my coffee fix.
Late coffee delivery
I ordered coffee from that place and they messed up the delivery twice! The first time the roast got canceled, so I had to wait longer. Then, the second time they shipped it ground mail when I needed it sooner! It felt like forever for it to arrive, and I was so disappointed because I was really craving my coffee fix. They do have a nice selection of coffee, but their customer service is seriously lacking. Such a letdown.
Recent delivery experience
I've been a loyal customer for many years, but recently, my experience with the company has been really disappointing. The service used to be reliable and fast, but now it's not so great. Lately, there have been delays in deliveries and ordering. The changes to the website have just made things more confusing, making it hard to track orders and get updates. Once, they delivered my order to the wrong address, causing a lot of unnecessary trouble. And now, the replacement order from a different roaster has also disappeared, with no word from the company. It's frustrating how they're not being clear or taking responsibility for these issues.
It's sad to see a company I used to trust and appreciate for their great products and customer service let me down like this. Because of these problems, I've decided to stop buying from them after more than four years. In the future, I'll look for direct relationships with specific roasters to have a more reliable and smooth coffee experience.Flavor fix
When I first tried this coffee subscription, it was pretty disappointing. The coffee I got was sour, smelled bad, and just wasn't good overall. I tried contacting customer service, but didn't hear back, so I decided to cancel. But then, after a while, they finally got in touch and offered to send a replacement bag. They asked about my flavor preferences and sent me a new bag that was fantastic. I really appreciate their efforts and the quick turnaround in customer service. Now I'm happily sticking with my subscription.

Hey, so I was looking for some coffee online and I found this company. I was ready to buy, but then I remembered this review I read. Turns out, this guy Eric Girouard is tied to them, and that made me rethink things. I figure if someone like him is linked to the company, who knows what kind of coffee they're offering. I'd rather not risk it.
Misleading Subscription Frequency
I'm really bummed about this coffee subscription service I tried out. I got my first delivery and thought it would be better to switch it to every six weeks. But even after I asked them to make that change, they still sent me another bag after only three weeks. They didn't even check in to see if I actually liked the first bag or wanted to keep going with it. And on top of that, they wouldn't give me a refund for the extra bag they sent. It's just not cool how they're not paying attention to customers and their needs.
Bad coffee experience
I decided to give this online coffee thing a shot since I ran out of beans for my pour-over coffee and wanted to switch things up. But man, oh man, the beans I received were all terrible! They were stale and tasteless, couldn't even get through a cup. Then I reached out to their customer service, but it was a mess. They didn't seem interested in helping me at all, like seriously? I'm a paying customer! I was really let down and eventually just gave up on them.
Coffee subscription purchase
I just wanted to say that I signed up for a coffee subscription from your service, and I've been really impressed with the different types of coffee I've received. It's been great to have new roasts show up at my door every month and it's made my mornings a lot better.
But, I've hit a bit of a snag with getting a reward from Tapjoy for my purchase. I'm not sure who I should reach out to for help with this issue, so I'm hoping you can point me in the right direction. I'll have to hold off on ordering more coffee until this is sorted out. I was really surprised when I found out that the coffee I was getting through my subscription was always coming up short. It looks like Trade is trying to save money by not filling the bags properly, even when the packaging says it should have more. When I got in touch with customer service, they owned up to it but said they were talking about it. They offered me a credit for my next purchase, but what I really wanted was just some upfront honesty about what was going on. After waiting a month for a response, I decided to cancel my subscription. I've also been telling other people to do the same, especially after reading the discussions on r/coffee on Reddit.
Specialty coffee beans
As someone who really knows their coffee, I always look for the best beans to make that perfect cup. So, I thought I'd give Trade Coffee a shot to see if they had something special. But, man, was I let down. The beans I got were super stale, making me wonder if their roast dates were even legit. The ad is so misleading! I thought I was getting a $20 voucher, but they wanted me to commit to a $120/month subscription instead. I don't want to be locked into buying coffee like that. All I wanted was some new beans, but now I won't be going back there.
Overpriced stale coffee
I bought some coffee from this place recently, and man, I was super let down. The beans were totally stale and lacked that fresh taste I was craving. I take a good cup of coffee seriously, so this was a big disappointment for me. And the fact that I shelled out a premium price for what basically tasted like cheap coffee just made it even worse. Overall, I was really unhappy with my buy and I definitely won't be going back there.
Fresh coffee, technical issues
The coffee at Trade Coffee is so fresh, and they have a good variety of options to choose from. But man, I had some serious technical problems when I first signed up. My subscription never actually started, so I had to redo my taste profile all over again. Then out of nowhere, my subscription switched to a more expensive version with no free shipping after my starter pack. Plus, my order was over a week late! Not cool, man! And to top it off, the bags of coffee were smaller than advertised - only around 300g instead of 310g. It's not cool to pay almost $20 for less coffee, you know?
Whole bean coffee purchase
The coffee selection at this place is really awesome. They have so many roasters and origins to choose from, it's a coffee lover's dream. But I wish they had more options for grinding the coffee to the right size. Not everyone has a fancy grinder at home, so it would've been nice to have more choices. Still, the quality of the coffee beans is top-notch.

I called Trade Coffee and this really awesome guy, let's call him Bobby, answered. He was so helpful and nice. Bobby helped me choose this delicious coffee that felt like a warm hug in a cup. It was amazing how good it tasted. Plus, the coffee arrived really quickly, and I couldn't wait to drink it. I'll definitely be calling Bobby again next time I need more coffee because he's awesome.
Espresso coffee beans
Being a big coffee lover, I really wanted to find some top-notch espresso beans to spice up my morning routine. So, I came across Trade Coffee online and decided to give them a shot. Unfortunately, my experience wasn't great. Even though I selected espresso as my preferred brew on my account, they kept sending me the wrong grind. Turns out, there's a whole other spot on their website where you're supposed to pick your grind preferences that I didn't even know about. On top of that, their customer service hours are super limited, only from 9-5 EST, which makes it tough for people with day jobs to get in touch. And to add to the frustration, their email link was busted, so I had to call them during non-business hours just to get an email contact.

Man, let me tell you, Trade Coffee is seriously the bomb, you know what I'm saying? I've been getting my caffeine fix from them for the past half a year and let me tell you, it's been absolutely amazing! Their website is so easy to navigate and I can choose exactly what type of coffee I'm in the mood for that day. They have this awesome filter where you can select the processing style you prefer, which is pretty cool. And the best part is, they partner with some top-notch coffee roasters who really know their stuff. And get this, you can even pick when you want your coffee to be roasted! How awesome is that?! I've never had a late delivery and they always send me the coffee I want. To be honest, I can't get enough of Trade Coffee, I'm like totally obsessed with them!
Subscription cancellation experience
I had a really bad experience trying to cancel my subscription. The customer service team was so rude and actually encouraged me to cancel, which clearly showed they didn't care about me as a customer. It was super frustrating and just not a good interaction overall.
Subscription plan
I've been on the subscription plan for over a year now. The quick shipments of high-quality coffee have really improved my mornings. Even with all the craziness of the pandemic, Trade Coffee made sure my deliveries got to me on schedule. I haven't had any problems with billing, and the gourmet coffee is absolutely worth the cost.
