Trouser purchase
I bought a pair of pants from this website and man, it was a total bummer. The pants were not good quality at all, definitely not worth the money. I wanted to return them like they said I could, but it was a whole ordeal. I tried emailing and calling them a bunch of times, but no one ever got back to me. Bottom line, I wouldn't suggest shopping on this site because the clothes are junk and their customer service is non-existent.

TIP SE Flashlight purchase experience
My TIP SE Flashlight that I got from the store crapped out on me after just a few months. When I reached out to the store to see if they could help me fix it under warranty, they hit me with the news that I had to foot the bill for shipping both ways. I ended up shelling out more to ship it back to them than what the darn flashlight cost in the first place - talk about a major bummer. Needless to say, I won't be shopping with them anymore.

I gotta tell you, using Certblaster really helped me hone in on the important stuff for the CompTIA Security+ exam. The questions that were based on real-life scenarios were especially useful in getting ready for the actual test. Honestly, before I started using Certblaster, my IT knowledge was pretty limited, with just a bit of cybersecurity training from my time in the Navy. Because of my lack of experience, I was super nervous about taking the exam. But after a few weeks with Certblaster, I felt a lot more prepared. While I didn't pass the exam on my first try, I got pretty close considering I don't have much network/IT background. I'm confident that with a little more studying and practice, I'll nail the retest. Hey there! I've been a big fan of this store ever since they first opened up shop in New Hampshire. Even though the prices were a bit steep at the beginning and the sizes and selections were limited, I stuck with them. But lately, I gotta say I'm feeling pretty let down and frustrated. Their return policy just doesn't make sense to me. Only giving store credit for returns isn't very friendly to us customers - seems more like they just want to keep our money. And on top of that, it feels like they're running out of stock more and more each week, making it way harder for me to find what I'm looking for. So, I've decided I won't be shopping there anymore, and I'll be telling my kids to steer clear too. It's really sad to see a store I used to adore go downhill like this in terms of quality and customer service.
