Booking assistance and refund handling
Recently, I had to change my travel plans unexpectedly and needed help rebooking my flight and getting a refund for the price difference. The people I talked to were amazing and really took care of me. Leo was super helpful in booking my new flight and letting me know about the refund. Plus, Max called to make sure I got the refund okay. It was obvious that they really cared about making me happy and giving great customer service the whole way through.

I just wanted to share about my experience with a guy named Max who really helped me out with fixing a mix-up on prices. Just wanted to share that I booked a flight on this website a few hours ago because it had the best price. I went on their website to make a booking, but to my surprise, I didn't get a confirmation code from them or the airline. When I reached out to their customer service, the agents, who had Indian accents, told me that the flight I booked was sold out and that for an extra $400, they could get me a seat. That seemed sketchy, especially when they mentioned the refund would be through Zelle or PayPal. I didn't want to get caught up in what looked like a scam, so I booked my flight through a different trusted website where I got my booking confirmation right away.
