Flight booking assistance
I just wanted to share my recent experience using this service and let me tell you, I was blown away by the help I got from the representative. He was so professional and friendly, it made everything go so smoothly. He really took the time to answer all of my questions and give me solutions that were just right for me. I definitely recommend this service to anyone who needs help with booking.

The agent really helped me out with my itinerary, and the pricing was actually the best I found after searching around a bunch of different places. The service I got was top-notch, super professional and really friendly. And I didn't have any problems securing the e-tickets. It was a great experience overall.

Reservation issue
I had a really bad experience with my reservation recently. I paid, got a confirmation, but never got the tickets. When I called the airline, they said they had no record of my reservation. I tried getting in touch through voicemails, emails, and chat, but got no reply. Finally, when someone picked up my call the next day, they wanted way more money than the stated price. Now I'm not sure if I'll get a refund. I suggest steering clear of this service to save yourself time and money.

Flight change help
The airline went ahead and changed our flight just one week before we were supposed to head out on our international trip. It caused a lot of chaos and had us feeling super stressed. But then Leo from the company stepped in and totally saved the day. He was absolutely amazing and made sure we didn't have to deal with all the long waits or shell out extra cash. Leo is seriously the best and I would definitely team up with him again without a doubt!
