App purchase for iPhone
I just got the app for my iPhone and was kinda bummed to see that a lot of features weren't there. After checking it out more, I saw that it was actually mentioned on the website, so I guess it's on me for not noticing. It'd be awesome if the developers could add more stuff for iPhones soon. I'd say it's a solid 4 stars overall.

Plush toy with a vibrating feature
I bought this plush toy from the store that had a vibrating feature, but the motor stopped working after only a few times using it. I got worried when I thought about how it could have caused a fire. I contacted customer service for assistance, but all they did was say thanks and called it a "unique" issue?!? They didn't offer to replace it or give me a credit for a new one. I have to admit, I am really let down by the lack of help I got from this company. It definitely makes me reconsider shopping here in the future.

Tennis bracelet and stud earrings purchase
I just bought a really beautiful 5 carat Tennis Bracelet and a pair of 2 carat stud earrings. The online ordering process was super easy, thanks to Sonny and Theresa. They really knew their stuff and helped me out every step of the way. I'm so happy with what I got and definitely plan to come back when it's time for my 25th-anniversary ring. The jewelry was even better in person than I expected, and I know my husband and I will love it. Friendly Diamonds was great to work with overall.
