Pre-ordered 3 items
I ordered three items back in February and was excited to get them in May. Waited patiently for them to come back in stock. Checked with customer service to see where my order was at, they said it'd be shipped soon. But when the package got here today, only one item was in there. The packing slip and email said all three items were shipped, but only one actually came. This mix-up is not cool and kind of let me down with their service.
Expedited shipping
I paid more for fast shipping thinking my stuff would get here by a certain day. But nope, the company didn't even ship my order until after that day, even though I coughed up a bunch of extra cash for speedy delivery. And to top it off, when I tried to track my package, they gave me bogus tracking numbers that just made me even more annoyed.
Garfield plushies
The stuffed animals I bought weren't great quality. They didn't even have those Kid Robot tags like they usually do. It took forever for my order to come, and it was such a pain trying to reach them. I definitely won't be buying from them again.
Overpriced toys
I treated myself to some fancy collectible toys, thinking it'd be a great present for me. But now I'm kicking myself for it. I bought these expensive toys online, hoping they'd show up before Christmas. But guess what? It's been almost a month, and they haven't even started processing my order. I had such high expectations for this company's service, but all they did was take my cash and leave me super let down.
Mystery order unfulfilled
I placed an order that never showed up, seriously. It's been so long and I'm so frustrated. I reached out to them but got no response to my emails. They refunded some of my money but not all of it. Then they canceled the rest of my order without an explanation. It's just so rude, you know? I don't even want the last item now because it was meant to go with the first one. Ugh, looks like I'll have to contact my bank about this whole situation.
Frustrating experience with non-delivery
I bought something from this company not too long ago and, unfortunately, I still haven't gotten my order. I've tried reaching out to their customer service multiple times, but it seems like they're just ignoring me. It's really frustrating to see them not caring about making sure their customers are happy and getting their orders on time. If anyone else is going through the same thing, I recommend looking into your legal options to deal with this shady behavior.
Late order
I placed an order back in October and now it's April with no sign of it arriving. I tried to cancel and get a refund, but they shot me down. I'm going to have to take it up with my credit card company.
Limited Edition Vinyl Figures
I collect limited edition vinyl figures and was so hyped to order some from this store. But man, was I let down by the service! I ordered nearly two months back and haven't heard a peep about where my stuff is. When I finally asked, all I got was excuses and more waiting. It's obvious this place can't handle getting stuff out on time, if at all.
Pre-ordered item frustration
I just wanna say I made a pre-order with this company and man, I'm super bummed about the service. It's been almost a year since I ordered and still no sign of my stuff. I get that one of the items was a pre-order, but the constant delays and lack of updates are driving me nuts. As a customer, I want transparency and responsibility, especially with orders I already paid for. Kidrobot dropped the ball on this one, and now I'm feeling let down and kinda over this brand.
Pre-ordered item for grandchild's birthday costume
I ordered this special costume six whole months before my grandchild's birthday, but to my dismay, I never received the item I paid for, nor did I get a refund or any kind of response from the company. As the big day drew closer, I was scrambling to find a replacement. The complete lack of communication and poor customer service was really disappointing and totally unprofessional. It's obvious they don't care about their customers, especially when it comes to something as important as a child's birthday.
Funky figures
These figures I was trying to get are really cool, but man, it was a struggle! I emailed them, but never heard back. Their customer service is just the worst. I've been waiting for my order for over five months now! Save yourself the trouble and don't buy from them - they clearly don't give a darn about their customers!
Incorrect item received
I bought something from this store, but they sent me the wrong item. I ordered one thing, but got something totally different. I emailed customer service right away and they said they were fixing it, but it's been two weeks now and I haven't heard anything. I'm really let down by how slow and uncommunicative they are being. It's annoying to have to wait so long just to fix a simple mistake.
Original Cartman plush
I bought this Cartman plush from your store and got a fake one instead. The fake didn't have the sewn label like the real Kidrobot products and the buttons on the jacket were off. When I talked to customer service about it, they said it was just a "variation." I felt deceived and let down. The quality was disappointing and they didn't address my concerns transparently.
The limited edition figures
Ordering from this website was a total nightmare, let me tell you. I ordered these limited edition figures and waited and waited, only to be told they were still sitting in the warehouse. And then, get this, I got a FedEx link saying they were delivered when they weren't. The customer service was a disaster, nobody seemed to know what was going on. It was a complete joke, and I will definitely not be ordering from this company again.
Plush toy with a vibrating feature
I bought this plush toy from the store that had a vibrating feature, but the motor stopped working after only a few times using it. I got worried when I thought about how it could have caused a fire. I contacted customer service for assistance, but all they did was say thanks and called it a "unique" issue?!? They didn't offer to replace it or give me a credit for a new one. I have to admit, I am really let down by the lack of help I got from this company. It definitely makes me reconsider shopping here in the future.
Blind box toys
The delivery time for my blind box toys took forever! I ordered them back in November, and it's already December and still no sign of them. I've ordered from other places in the US and got them much faster. I'm really disappointed and frustrated with the service.
Vinyl collectible toys
I recently bought some vinyl collectible toys online, and man, let me tell you, it was a total letdown. The customer service was awful - they were slow to respond and not very helpful at all. And don't even get me started on the shipping time! It took forever, like a whole month, for my order to get to me. This online store really needs to step up their game if they want to make it in this business. I mean, come on, making us pay for slow shipping? No way. I'm never buying from them again, that's for sure. Their management team must be clueless.
Cool toys
I got these really cool toys from the store, but they never arrived! I've been waiting forever and I still don't have them. It's not fair because I was so excited to play with them. I used to shop here all the time and it was great. But now, it seems like they're pulling some shady stuff and not sending out the toys after taking people's money. I really hope they sort this out soon because I really love their toys, but I don't want to lose my money.
Hello Kitty Cancer stuffed animal purchase
I just bought this cute Hello Kitty Cancer stuffed animal in Vegas, and even though it cost me a whopping $57, I couldn't resist adding it to my Hello Kitty collection. But when I took a closer look, I noticed that the zodiac dates on the label were wrong! As a big collector, getting all the little details right is super important to me, so I was pretty bummed to see such a mistake on a product from a big brand like Hello Kitty.
Yummy World Plush, and Collectibles
Part of the problem is my fault I mixed out of stock items with in stock items, and now that those items are out of stock. I don't know when they will ever be back or not back at all. The pre order items are taking a very long time, and I'm unable to cancel orders very inconvenient. They need to do regular updates of when these items come in this is probably why scalpers make more money than they do on some of these items. No other store has a problem with shipping out other items in orders it doesn't make any sense. If it is a money issue than your losing more money waiting to have items go out of stock that could be in stock already, and shipped out. I really would like to get these items but the longer I wait the less enthused I feel about keeping these two orders.
