Pre-ordered item for grandchild's birthday costume
I ordered this special costume six whole months before my grandchild's birthday, but to my dismay, I never received the item I paid for, nor did I get a refund or any kind of response from the company. As the big day drew closer, I was scrambling to find a replacement. The complete lack of communication and poor customer service was really disappointing and totally unprofessional. It's obvious they don't care about their customers, especially when it comes to something as important as a child's birthday.

Mountain bike purchase
I had a problem with the mountain bike I bought not long ago, so I reached out to customer service for help. I spoke with a representative who really went the extra mile to help me out. They listened to me, took quick action, and made sure my problem was fixed right away. The customer service I got was outstanding, way better than I expected. I'm super happy with how everything turned out and really appreciate all the help I got.

Latex Mattress
I made a huge mistake purchasing their latex mattress. They give you 60 days to try it out "risk-free" but what they fail to tell you is that you are actually taking substantial risk because YOU have to pay to ship it back if it doesn't work out. The mattress was way too firm for me and caused many sleepless nights so I had to return it. Not only is it physically exhausting getting the mattress layers back into boxes, but it will easily cost you over $300 to ship it back. And good luck trying to talk to a live person on their end. Turmerry is an absolute nightmare.
Did you order a firm? I'm hoping the medium firmness we ordered isn't too firm ????, if it ever ships.
