Affordable and stylish basket bag
I've been searching for a cute basket bag that doesn't cost an arm and a leg, and I finally found one that's super similar to the popular Loewe basket bag but way more affordable. I was eyeing a Jimmy Choo basket bag on another site, but it was way out of my price range. Luckily, I found the same bag on Baltini for under $500 - what a steal! The bag is top-notch quality, and I'm thrilled with my purchase. I highly recommend checking out Baltini for awesome deals and stylish items. The shipping was quick, the packaging was impressive, and the prices can't be beat. I'll definitely be coming back for all my fashion needs.
Found online store on another website
I came across this store on a really cool website called Modesens. Honestly, I wouldn't have found it otherwise. The prices are surprisingly good and comparable to some other fancy stores I know of here in the US. At first, I didn't even realize this store was so far away across the ocean, so I was a little hesitant about ordering. But to my surprise, my stuff arrived super quickly, in just a week and a half. I have to admit, I'm really pleased with my whole shopping experience at this store!
Jacket
At first, I was a little unsure about buying from this site because I saw some reviews mentioning problems with shipping. But, I took a risk and I'm happy to report that everything went smoothly with my order. The jacket came quickly and was in great shape. Just a tip for anyone thinking about ordering: make sure to check the sizing so you get the right fit and don't have to deal with returns. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and would definitely think about shopping here again.
Shoes purchase
I bought some shoes from this company not long ago, but when they showed up, they looked like they had already been worn. I sent an email to customer service right away with some pictures of the shoes, asking for a refund. The customer support team got back to me quickly and did a great job. Even though I wasn't happy with the shoes at first, I was really impressed with how they handled everything. They went out of their way to fix the problem and make sure I was happy.
Fast shipping, unique product
I was so happy with how quickly the product arrived after I ordered it. I had a hard time finding that item on other websites, so even though it was a little more expensive and cost more to ship on this site, I didn't mind at all. It was worth it because they had exactly what I wanted. And when I got the product, it was even better than I thought it would be. I'm really happy with how everything turned out and I'll definitely be shopping here again.
Got a sweatshirt from here
I recently got this awesome sweatshirt from here and it totally looked like the picture online! It fit just right and was so comfortable. The only downside was that it took a bit long to arrive, so that was disappointing since I was really excited to wear it. But all in all, I'm really pleased with my purchase and will definitely be shopping here again!
Bag
I was skeptical for the site, since I wasn't aware of it, but it did not disappoint! The shipping was lightning fast from Italy, 3 days to Las Vegas, unreal! The bag I ordered was the best price of all other online retailers, it was authentic and perfect! I am very pleased with my experience!
Sefr twist pants
Oh my gosh, getting these pants was a breeze! I scored the Sefr twist pants and they fit like a dream. Returning them was a piece of cake too. I am definitely coming back to shop here again!
Cardigan
I would give zero if i could! I returned an item snd ... the confirmation that they received my item in October. Its February and i still have no refund and no item. I was foto open a dispute and once i did - Baltini e-mailed offering 5%(!) ofc any item and my money back if i close the dispute. Later they asked for an official letter of dispute withdrawal (!) . I was left with no money during a holiday season and now they still putting me through ... and not providing a refund! Shame! Scammers!
Expensive luxury item purchase
I gotta say, the item I bought from this site was super fancy and came in perfect shape. But man, I was not ready for the sneaky "voluntary" shipping upcharge they tried to slickly add on. They use all these clever words to make you think you have to cough up extra cash just to make sure your item arrives, and that's just not cool. And to top it off, no new customer promo codes? That's a bummer. Being a newbie, I felt like they didn't really value or appreciate my business. Come on, Baltini, time to step it up!
Wrong item received
I got the wrong item in my order at first, and boy was that a bummer. But, let me tell you, the company totally stepped up and made the return process go smoothly, just the way I wanted. They kept me in the loop with emails the whole time, which really put me at ease. All in all, I'd say it was a pretty decent experience.
Cardigan
A scamming website that should be investigated. They will lie about items you will return and charge you hefty amounts to ship them back. Not worth it because of their malpractice, you have been warned.
Pinko Bag
They sent me a damaged bag and did not take responsibility. They claim that are only a handler between the brands and the clients, washing their hands for every possible problem.
They even want to charge me for the return of the damaged item.
Weak responses from the customer service and lack of compromise with customer service.
