Quick and informative customer service
I had a really good time contacting customer service over email. They got back to me super fast and gave me all the info I was looking for. I felt like they actually cared about me as a customer and I was grateful for the great service they gave me.
Oliver Peoples sunglasses
I wouldn't recommend buying from Baltini! I bought a pair of Oliver Peoples sunglasses from them, but they turned out to be fake. The shape was off, and when I took a closer look, it was confirmed that they were counterfeit. I tried reaching out to them, but they weren't helpful at all. I ended up having to open a fraud case with my credit card company. The authorized retailer even confirmed that the sunglasses were fake. So, I suggest staying away from Baltini!
New shoes
Oh my gosh, I just got these awesome new shoes and they are so cool! The packaging was super cute and you could totally tell they were legit. I even got updates about my order the whole time, which was really cool. I definitely wanna keep shopping here and get more stuff!
Shoes arrived quick

Authenticity card missing
I bought something not long ago, and I was bummed when it came without the authenticity card or serial number. I reached out to customer service to fix things, but they couldn't give me the documents I needed. Now I'm unhappy about it and probably won't buy from them again.
Valentino bag purchase
I just bought this really gorgeous designer bag that I'd had my eye on for a while. The color I wanted wasn't available nearby, but the customer service team was so helpful. They sent me pictures of the bag so I could see the color for real before deciding. I really appreciated how quickly they answered my emails and how they helped me through the ordering process. There were some hiccups with email stuff, but the DHL shipping was super fast, and I got my bag just two days after it was picked up. Even though another store had the same bag for less money, I went with Baltini because of their great customer service reputation. I heard some bad things about the other store's service. I'll definitely be back to shop with Baltini again - I'm really happy with how things went this time around.

I recently got this awesome sweatshirt from here and it totally looked like the picture online! It fit just right and was so comfortable. The only downside was that it took a bit long to arrive, so that was disappointing since I was really excited to wear it. But all in all, I'm really pleased with my purchase and will definitely be shopping here again!

Cardigan
I would give zero if i could! I returned an item snd ... the confirmation that they received my item in October. Its February and i still have no refund and no item. I was foto open a dispute and once i did - Baltini e-mailed offering 5%(!) ofc any item and my money back if i close the dispute. Later they asked for an official letter of dispute withdrawal (!) . I was left with no money during a holiday season and now they still putting me through ... and not providing a refund! Shame! Scammers!
Quick delivery, order status updates
I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with how fast my order arrived and how on top of things customer service was with keeping me updated on where my order was at. It was nice knowing exactly where my package was at all times. I'll for sure be ordering from this company again down the line.
Found online store on another website
I came across this store on a really cool website called Modesens. Honestly, I wouldn't have found it otherwise. The prices are surprisingly good and comparable to some other fancy stores I know of here in the US. At first, I didn't even realize this store was so far away across the ocean, so I was a little hesitant about ordering. But to my surprise, my stuff arrived super quickly, in just a week and a half. I have to admit, I'm really pleased with my whole shopping experience at this store!
