Subscription for multiple products
I just started a subscription for a bunch of products and let me tell you, I am seriously blown away by how strong and easy they are to take. You only need a little bit to start feeling the benefits, all thanks to the super smart science they used. I used to hate having to drink shakes or take pills, but these products have made it so simple for me to never forget to take them and feel fantastic. The customer service emails I've gotten have been really helpful and make me feel like they've got my back. I have no doubt that I'll keep up with my subscription.

A super cool shirt
Man, I had the worst shopping experience ever! I got this awesome shirt from them, but when I tried to return it because it didn't fit right, I couldn't because their delivery status wasn't updated on time. And then, even after I finally submitted the return, no one came to pick up the package. It's like they're trying to keep my money and not give me a refund! So frustrating, ugh!

I would give zero if i could! I returned an item snd ... the confirmation that they received my item in October. Its February and i still have no refund and no item. I was foto open a dispute and once i did - Baltini e-mailed offering 5%(!) ofc any item and my money back if i close the dispute. Later they asked for an official letter of dispute withdrawal (!) . I was left with no money during a holiday season and now they still putting me through ... and not providing a refund! Shame! Scammers!

Basic looking sign ordered due to design tool issues
I wasn't able to figure out how to use the design tool on my Android or laptop, so I just went with a simple sign. But when the banner showed up, I was impressed by the great quality - thick vinyl and sturdy edges. I'll definitely think about buying from them again.

Futon cover
I have received a wrong product of which they want me to pay for return shipping label. Product costs $99 which gives you automatic free shipping. When you have to return the product (because of their mistake) they claim that they will deduct shipping fees from the total. So is the futon cover $99 with free shipping or it is cheaper and shipping is included and they make it sound that they offering free? However you see it, once you purchase something from these people you are stuck with it. They will CHARGE YOU even for returns. Enjoy!

It took them five weeks to get the shirts to me. Then they were sized REALLY small (5 inches narrower around the waist than my other shirts of the same size), and when I tried to exchange them, they refused. It's a scam. Save your money and frustration. Never ever use them.

The stickers are mediocre at best.
It's impossible to contact the team: I've tried email twice in the past two weeks, Facebook, abd Twitter. You won't get a reply, don't even bother.

I found this really cheap website. I love diamond paintings. I ordered I wanna say 3. It took like 4 months for it to get here. I finished my first one and it was perfect. I'm currently working on the oink waterfall. It's so blurry. I'm definitely upset. I guess you get what you pay for.

mini medallion necklace
I had requested an engraving of an Asian character as a gift for my sister. I had concerns about their ability to engrave a character and emailed them about it. Molly had emailed me back saying they would inform me if there were any issues. However, when the necklace arrived, the engraving looked **different** from what was pictured above. Instead of being a solid engraving, they had created an outline of the character (it was not "filled in"). (see this image link: imgur.com/a/eSEHPq9). While this looks okay *very* close up, it is hard to see at normal distances (say speaking with your friends/family). Because the character already has many lines/strokes, making an outline of the character adds **more** lines, making it harder to read. In another response, they said: "with special characters, since they ahve additional lines they will be done slightly differently to ensure the engraving can be read." BUT what they decided to do actually made it HARDER to read, and they did it WITHOUT CONFIRMING whether the customer was okay with it.
Now I am stuck with a $200+ necklace that I do not feel comfortable giving as a gift. What upsets me most is that they had said they would notify me of "any issues." IT IS AN ISSUE if they felt the need to change the way the engraving was done. I should have been given the opportunity to select a different engraving that could be done as pictured above (FYI: I would have selected a regular alphabet instead).
It is **unprofessional** to showcase only one way of doing the engraving online and then send a **different** style of engraving to a customer. ALater in the conversation, the sales associate told me to stop arguing with her...

Very disappointed after using backstage brown eyeliner, used the eye liner twice needed to touch up one of my eyes to be very surprised it had run out of pencil, took it apart would you believe completely empty. DO NOT SEND YOUR MONEY TO THIS COMPANY! I have never been so disappointed as I am with Eva Wigs. I placed my order on January 4, 2020. It is February 15, 2020 and I have yet to receive my product and was just advised that it would be another 2 to 3 weeks for PROCESSING my order. I truly believe this company has gone from good to bad. This is my 4th wig from Eva wigs but my first really bad experience! I am concerned that I have been scammed out of 239.00 with no intent to ever send my product. I am going to turn this company in to the US Attorney General's office for a full investigation into their business practices. I have a direct contact there, they will fully accept my complaint and investigate this company and prayerfully SHUT THEM DOWN once and for all!

I liked it. This was a chain with name plate. Made by silver and gold. Nice finishing, name plate carrying my name and my husband's name alphabet.
