Kpop album and poster
I recently got this super awesome Kpop album and poster from this store, and let me tell you, the customer service was top-notch. They were quick to answer all my questions and the shipping was lightning fast - I had my package in just a few days. Plus, the prices were so good, I saved a bunch of money compared to other places. I was all set to give them a perfect 5 stars, but their system was a bit wonky. They had trouble finding my address and I had to prove it actually exists. But all in all, it was a really great experience!
$300 worth of products
I bought so much stuff and it was awesome. Everything arrived really fast, like in about five days. They kept me updated with emails about my order, which I liked. Sadly, one of my products leaked, but it wasn't their fault. I sent them an email with a picture, and they said they'd send me a replacement right away. I even got to keep the leaked one, so now I have three free mini skin1004 ampoules!
Great prices and fast shipping
I had a great time at this store! The prices were really good and the shipping was fast and cheap. I got my order quickly and it was wrapped up nicely so everything arrived in perfect shape. I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again.

Online purchase of clothing
I recently ordered some clothes online, and it ended up being a real bummer. A few days after I bought it, I got an email saying my order was suspicious and they wanted me to confirm my identity by sending in my ID. I was nervous about handing over my personal info to a company I had never dealt with before. I tried to contact their customer service through their website, but they only got back to me once a day, so it was tough to figure out what was going on with my order or how to cancel it. When I tried to call them, I hit a dead-end because the number on their site was wrong and didn't help me at all. The person I finally talked to told me Blooming Koco doesn't even have a customer service number. This whole thing just left me feeling disappointed and unsure about whether they're even legit.
