Silk Face Masks
Avoid for your mental health, super sketchy website that operates from China and has questionable business practices. Shipping took forever, no tracking information was provided, and after my concerns about ordering from abroad, Michelle from customer service refused a cancellation or refund (unless I paid for the international return shipping fees out of pocket). If you try leaving a negative product review on the website, you're out of luck. I realized they prevented any 1- or 2- star, maybe even 3- star reviews from even appearing on the website (your review won't appear publicly for even a minute), which shows a complete lack of transparency. That said, my 1-star rating did appear for about 24 hours and was promptly removed the next day. All of the positive reviews with "verified buyers" on the site are either bought or written by themselves. They claim to have several brick and mortar stores (untrue) and their photos of their showroom are likely pulled from Google Images.

Not going to lie, after I ordered these I thought I got scammed based on the way the company sends no tracking information, doesn’t have a phone number, and doesn’t respond to emails. The tracking information I obtained from an automated response after filling out an inquiry form on the website didn’t update for over a week. Ironically, right after I began a dispute with PayPal, my order showed up at my door. The return address was for a “Tom” in California... weird.
THAT BEING SAID the masks are beautiful and exactly ask pictured on the site! They are so soft and the perfect size. I have no doubt they are real silk.
TLDR: customer service is awful, but product itself is outstanding. Supposedly silk masks but made of nylon... awful
Don't expect a response from this company. I cancelled same day and masks were shipped. NO way these are silk. Looks just like nylon and stinks of the worst kind of chemicals in existence. As if I'll wear that on my face. As well, wayyyy too small. Hate these. Huge giant waste of money
Two silk sleep bonnets
I am still waiting to make up my mind to say what I think of this company...because they have not answered a recent email that I sent asking them how to make a return...But I am a little nervous because they say there is a 30 day return policy from the date one makes the purchase....but that does not give me, the customer, any time at all because it took almost all that time (30 days) for me to receive the items in question, And although I have tried to be in touch with them I have not received a response as promptly as one would expect.

Customer service is the worst. I was told my order would be shipped two data ago, still nothing. Sent an email today to see what’s going on and it’s just ignored. I do not recommend using this company cause they do not care about costumers
