I just got this really nice dress from here for a special event, and I gotta say, the customer service was top-notch. Bianca, the lady helping me out, was so friendly and really on top of things when I needed to return a few things. She made everything super easy and stress-free. I'll definitely be coming back because of how great the service was. Good customer service is a big deal for me when I'm choosing where to shop, and Club L definitely knocked it out of the park. 10/10 for sure.

I got this pair of limited edition sneakers online from a store, and let me tell you, I was super disappointed with how they came packaged. The shoes showed up in this thin box with no padding so you can guess what happened - the packaging was all messed up. And since I'm a collector, that just won't cut it. I was planning on keeping those kicks brand new and sealed up, you know? So, I decided to reach out to Foot Locker about it and man, their response was not what I wanted to hear. They basically just said return the shoes if you don't like it. Like, really? It's such a frustrating situation, I can't even deal.

The designer who helped me out, Hope, did an amazing job turning my empty space into exactly what I wanted. She really understood my style and created room layouts that were spot on. I have ordered several boxes from Agridime, most of which have been alright, but nothing special. Small cuts and not the greatest quality, but I liked the convenience. The last box that I received from them had brown, smelly, spoiled meat. One steak smelled alright, so I ate it and got food poisoning. I reached out to customer service and they told me “ Some products aren’t for everyone.” No apology, and they refuse to refund me. They offered me a gift card to their store. Unacceptable and rude. I won’t be using them again.
