I needed this for a last-minute move — my lower back was acting up so I couldn't be hauling stuff. Tracking said it shipped from China and then out for delivery in Gilbert, AZ, while my address is Gretna, LA. I panicked, called and emailed with no reply at first, but after about a day someone finally answered, tracked the package and rerouted it. Delivery was messy, sure, but I'm relieved and honestly grateful they fixed it. Would buy again, overall, but cautiously.
Skeptical at first, ended up meh
yeah, they’re thinner than I hoped and a bit cheap-feeling, and the customer service on the phone was basically a voicemail — they said they'd pass it on and never did. Spent a week trying to get a return approved; the rep kept offering a discount and an 18% coupon like that would help, and kept saying returns are difficult and "determined by your local post office." It was all annoying and a bit of a runaround. What changed was when they finally sent clear return instructions and confirmed they'd refund once they received the items — that moment I stopped worrying and felt satisfied. I’ve had better, faster returns with other sellers, but I’m glad this ended up getting handled. Not thrilled by the delivery and initial communication, but grateful it was actually resolved in the end — could have been smoother, though.
Mid-coffee curtain surprise
I was mid-morning, coffee in hand, measuring my living room window when the curtains arrived. Oh my gosh, this company is seriously the worst! I purchased some curtains for my gazebo, but they didn't fit right at all. I returned them in the original packaging, but then two months passed and I still hadn't received my refund. I had to contact PayPal, but they were not helpful either. After five months, I still hadn't gotten my money back, and the company claimed that the dispute was in their favor. Can you believe that? They even asked for my PayPal information again, which seemed really sketchy. I'm definitely going to file a complaint against them. I wish I had read the reviews before making a purchase.
