    I got this pair of limited edition sneakers online from a store, and let me tell you, I was super disappointed with how they came packaged. The shoes showed up in this thin box with no padding so you can guess what happened - the packaging was all messed up. And since I'm a collector, that just won't cut it. I was planning on keeping those kicks brand new and sealed up, you know? So, I decided to reach out to Foot Locker about it and man, their response was not what I wanted to hear. They basically just said return the shoes if you don't like it. Like, really? It's such a frustrating situation, I can't even deal.

    Let me tell you, the stuff I got from this store is seriously amazing. I was so happy with how sturdy and stylish everything was. But man, trying to shop on their website was a total headache.     My last trip to the store was a total bummer. I was hoping to pick up some shoes and sports gear, but the customer service was seriously lacking. The employees were not very friendly and seemed to be clueless about what they were selling. On top of that, I witnessed some rude and racist actions towards other customers, which made me super uneasy. I believe that every customer deserves to be treated with respect and kindness, regardless of who they are. This kind of behavior is totally not okay and gives the store a bad name.

    I bought some shoes and they were all good! But when I tried to return the last pair, it was impossible. I usually pay with PayPal because it's easy, but they wouldn't accept PayPal returns in the store anymore. I had to send it back using DHL, which was a mess. I went to two different places and they couldn't help me. When I went back to the store for help, they were useless too. The manager said "figure it out yourself." Not cool!

    Hey, let me tell you about my experience with the online ordering system. It was a total nightmare! I bought a pair of shoes and when I tried to return them, it turned into a never-ending ordeal. It's been over 2 weeks now and I still haven't got it sorted out. Customer service is completely unhelpful, just keeps telling me to wait. It's so frustrating and honestly ridiculous. My advice?     I had a horrible time dealing with Foot Locker. I made an order and then realized I needed to change the delivery address. I tried reaching out to customer service through email and chat, but they wouldn't help me at all. They said the order was already being prepared, even though it was still processing. They didn't follow their own policy that allows changes within a certain timeframe. On top of that, they told me there might be delays because of a holiday, which just made things worse. It's pretty disappointing how little they care about customer rights and how unprofessional they were. I won't be shopping at Foot Locker again.

    New shoes arrived with loose stitching

    Just got my new shoes from Foot Locker and man, was I bummed when I saw that the stitching was already coming loose. I reached out to customer service ASAP and tried to get some kind of deal or discount on my order, but all they could give me was a lousy €15 voucher for my next buy. I don't feel comfortable dropping more cash there after this, so I'm not vibing with their solution. And to top it off, my email back to them didn't even go through, so it seems like they're really not paying attention to their peeps. Super let down by the whole thing.

    I bought some low dunk sneakers at your store recently, but it wasn't the best experience. The salesperson told me they were unisex and I could return them at any store within a month. But when I tried them on at home, they were too big. I went to the Liverpool store to return them, but it was now an outlet store. I'd have to drive an hour to either Warrington or Manchester to return them. I was pretty upset and felt like I'd been misled by the salesperson.

    So, yeah, I was all hyped about these awesome new shoes I got, right? But then they didn't even show up at my place! Can you believe that?     My experience buying the AJ1 Cmft2s from Foot Locker was a rollercoaster. I tried to snag a pair a month ago, but got an email saying they were sold out. Luckily, they refunded me quickly. I took a chance and bought another pair on sale, and even got a sweet 20% student discount. The delivery with DHL was a little stressful with the processing delay, but the shoes finally arrived and they were top-notch quality.

    Sneakers for my son

    Today, me and my son headed out to the store on the main street looking for some new sneakers. Nigel, the guy working there, helped us find the right size, but the rest of our time there kinda sucked. After trying on the shoes, we walked over to the cash register where Nigel started acting weird. He grabbed the box out of my hand and made a snarky comment that I thought was totally uncalled for and unprofessional. He said, 'I COULD LOSE MY JOB BECAUSE OF YOU.' Come on now, that's not how you treat a customer, even if he meant it as a 'joke' like he claimed. When I told him I didn't appreciate his attitude, he just told me to file a complaint, so that's exactly what I did. I know being friendly is cool, but this was way beyond the line of good customer service - it was just plain rude! I really hope they take this seriously and make sure something is done about it so that other customers don't have to deal with the same unpleasant experience.
