    Two pairs of trainers

    I just bought two pairs of sneakers from this website. It was easy to find what I wanted and order them because the website was user-friendly. But I got a little worried when I found out the company isn't based in the UK. I chatted with customer service to check on my order, and the person I talked to was really nice and comforting. It was a relief to hear that my sneakers were already on their way.

    Three HS720 drones

    I bought three drones from this company, but two of them flew off and never came back when I lost signal. The return to home function is definitely not trustworthy, and that's a big letdown. It's worrying that there doesn't seem to be much we can do in these cases, so customers are left with no options. I'd advise others to be careful about this problem before buying a drone from this company.

    I had a horrible time dealing with Foot Locker. I made an order and then realized I needed to change the delivery address. I tried reaching out to customer service through email and chat, but they wouldn't help me at all. They said the order was already being prepared, even though it was still processing. They didn't follow their own policy that allows changes within a certain timeframe. On top of that, they told me there might be delays because of a holiday, which just made things worse. It's pretty disappointing how little they care about customer rights and how unprofessional they were. I won't be shopping at Foot Locker again.

    I've been a member for 3.5 years now, and I gotta say, I'm pretty satisfied with the service I've been getting. But, you know, it's always good to strive for better and keep on growing. Companies should always be looking for ways to improve and keep up with what their customers want. I trust that this feedback will be taken in a good way and help make things even better in the future.
