Specific color trainers for my son
My kid really wanted these particular sneakers in a certain color, and after searching online, we came across them on this website. I was a bit wary at first since I didn't recognize the company, but I figured why not give it a shot. Much to my surprise, the sneakers showed up in less than a week, way ahead of the expected delivery date. They were exactly what my son had in mind, and they were in perfect shape. I was super impressed with the service we got - they kept me in the loop via email on where my order was at. Plus, the price was really fair.
Snowboarding gear purchase
I just bought some snowboarding gear from this online store. Ordering on their website was super easy - the site was easy to use and checking out was a breeze. Their prices were pretty good compared to other places I checked out, so that was a win. They kept me updated on my order and delivery times, which was nice. Quick purchase, skeptical at first
I was kinda nervous about buying these shoes because of some bad reviews, but I took the plunge anyway. Luckily, they showed up right on time and they were exactly what I was looking for. They fit like a dream and I'm super happy with my purchase. The tracking info was a little wonky, but I managed to figure out the right delivery company using the tracking number in the email. I placed my order on March 27th and got it on April 7th.
Trainers
I gotta say, I was kind of unsure about buying from this company at first because I saw some people calling them scammers in the reviews. But I took a leap of faith and I'm really happy I did. The tracking info they gave me was spot-on and I knew exactly where my package was at all times. And when my new kicks showed up, they were in great shape. All in all, I had a good experience with this company.
Running shoes
I was a little unsure about ordering from here at first because I saw some bad reviews, but I wanted to let you know about my good experience. I got my new running shoes today, they fit perfectly, and I'm happy with how they feel. The delivery took a bit longer than expected, but since they were coming from overseas, it wasn't a big deal for me. All in all, I have no gripes with RunnerInn and would suggest them to anyone.

Two pairs of trainers
I just bought two pairs of sneakers from this website. It was easy to find what I wanted and order them because the website was user-friendly. But I got a little worried when I found out the company isn't based in the UK. I chatted with customer service to check on my order, and the person I talked to was really nice and comforting. It was a relief to hear that my sneakers were already on their way.
Walking trainers for a steal
I've been on the hunt for some new walking shoes and I finally stumbled upon this great store. I searched high and low and found a pair that I absolutely love. They arrived in about 10 days and were much more affordable than other places I looked. I'm thrilled with my purchase and definitely recommend this store to anyone in need of new shoes.
Lightweight, durable trainers
I was kinda bummed that it took a whole week for my trainers to get here. Felt like it took forever, especially since I was super pumped to try them out. But when they finally showed up, I was totally stoked. These trainers are crazy lightweight, look super sturdy, and man, they are so comfy to rock. And the price I snagged them for? Absolute steal!
Quick delivery of running shoes
I got my new running shoes super quick after ordering them. The updates on delivery were right on time and the shoes arrived in perfect shape. Plus, the price was so much cheaper than what I would have found at a regular store. The service was awesome, so I'll definitely be coming back for more orders in the future.

WARNING - This company steals money from its customers!!
I've never before written such a negative review - but this company is the worst I've ever dealt with in terms of customer service.
I ordered a number of items for delivery and they shipped the parcel without paying customs charges (not unusual), but they also failed to correctly declare the contents meaning that I could not collect the box from the local post office.
Every time I contact 'support' I have a reply from a different person - they tell me that the parcel was delivered (they've said on several dates) and they won't provide proof. They now say that the period to make a claim / complaint has expired so they can't help me - despite contact almost every day.
So the parcel has been returned to RunnerInn (or TradInn or whoever they are) - proof of the return is attached, but they're keeping (stealing) the money and won't even reply to emails.

The worst of the worst. They shipped the wrong size, made me send six photos of the sneakers (by the way, they were not in pristine condition) and still rejected my return saying it was my mistake that I ordered a 10.5 (I wear a 9.5 and did not order a 10.5). The return shipping was $50 (on a $130 pair of sneakers). Dishonorable customer service. So if you order from them, pray they don't make a mistake. I would never let anyone I care about buy from these crooks.

found shoes that I wanted, for a reasonable price. They arrived 2 days after the longest delivery time that was promised, and there was a 31 CHF duty that I had to pay when they arrived! I would have purchased someplace else if I had known that the delivery would be so slow and the price was much more. Will not use them again.

left waiting in a queue for HOURS. Last day to refund my money after I cancelled my order and no response, no service, no nothing. Very disappointing indeed.
Nike shoes
The delivery person left before I got to the door to get the product. The neighbour told her to wait and that I'm on my way and it's rude to not wait, but she just left. I had a chat with 'Becky' from Runnerinn about this. She took ages to answer each question, didn't provide clear answers, abruptly ended the chat without answering questions and was rude rude rude.
New Balance
Do not buy anything from them. They are NOT in USA and practically impossible to return , unless you agree to pay DHL shipping price, one pair almost $60, also shipping time more than a month from Netherlands, who the hell can just imaging they send product from that far away.

Wish i could give minus 100 as feedback. They are the worst company i ever dealt with online. They list items for sale when most items are not in stock and they don't have them in stock. They lie about delivery day in listing description only to make you order the item. After you place the order the hell starts. They tell you to wait for the item to be shipped from their supplier to their warehouse. They keep delaying the shipping day and blame the supplier for not shipping the item. They blame their man power and tell you they got many orders and you need to wait for your order to be shipped. They blame covid 19. Basically they blame the whole world but they don't blame themself as not having the items in stock. After you wait they tell you to wait more days or delete the item from your order and if you want the item then they tell you to wait 2 3 month for shipping as they don't have the item in stock. If you delete the item from your order they give you other excuses for not shipping your order. I ordered 6 shirts on June 29 and delivery day was July 15-20. Today is July 22 and my order wasn't even shipped yet. Stay away from them like fire. They will only waste your time and make you hell to get your order. Their support is useless. All they do is answer you automated messages or copy paste messages. No one knows anything or give you any answer or update about your order and shipping days

Horrible customer service. I would pay a few extra dollars for a more reliable store that is able to respond. I bought an item and it has taken more than a month to arrive. The worst part is to learn that the store "cannot do anything" about it. I could not return the item to get my money back either. Still waiting.
