Affordable prices
I recently bought some stuff from Sourcemore and was happy with the good prices. But I gotta say, I was kinda bummed about how slow their customer service took to get back to me about an issue I had. It felt like forever before they sorted it out, which was pretty irritating. Luckily, my orders did eventually show up, even though it did take a while. I also noticed that they don't have a huge variety of products in stock, especially the new stuff takes forever to come in. They should think about adding more shipping options to help customers out more since right now the choices are kinda limited compared to other websites. All in all, my experience was okay, but they could definitely work on being quicker with customer service and getting more products in stock.

I recently bought some stuff from this website 'cause their prices were pretty good. But man, their return process was a letdown. I had to shell out a good chunk of change just to send something back, and then it took forever to get my refund. On top of that, the shipping took longer than I thought, it was over a week before I got my stuff. Honestly, I think it would have been worth it to pay a bit more and buy directly from the brand's site for a smoother customer service experience.
