Affordable prices
I recently bought some stuff from Sourcemore and was happy with the good prices. But I gotta say, I was kinda bummed about how slow their customer service took to get back to me about an issue I had. It felt like forever before they sorted it out, which was pretty irritating. Luckily, my orders did eventually show up, even though it did take a while. I also noticed that they don't have a huge variety of products in stock, especially the new stuff takes forever to come in. They should think about adding more shipping options to help customers out more since right now the choices are kinda limited compared to other websites. All in all, my experience was okay, but they could definitely work on being quicker with customer service and getting more products in stock.
Late shipment, poor customer service, untrustworthy tracking
I was really let down by my time at this store. I ordered something thinking it would come pretty quickly, but it took way longer than they said it would. My order actually took over two weeks to get to me. The customer service was terrible - instead of admitting they messed up, they kept making excuses and lying to me. Even when they gave me a tracking number, I wasn't sure if my order would actually arrive. It was just a really annoying and untrustworthy experience all around.
Pre-ordered two mods, poor customer service
I ordered two mods from this company, and I'm honestly so disappointed in the customer service. One of the mods came out a week ago, but it still hasn't been shipped. When I asked about it, one of their employees let slip that it hasn't even been ordered yet. I've never had such a bad experience with customer service from a Chinese company before, and I can't believe they're still operating. I would definitely recommend looking for products somewhere else.

I recently got a new tank from this place and it is really awesome! My old tank had a leak, but they quickly sent me a replacement. Their customer service is top-notch.

I bought the Smok stick v8 kit from that store, but after I paid there was no confirmation or order email. When I tried to log into my account on their website, I kept getting error messages saying my information was wrong. I even emailed their customer service twice, but still haven't heard back.

Zlide tank purchase
This was my first time ordering from Sourcemore and let me tell you, the experience was actually pretty good. I was after some Zlide tanks with a bigger capacity and found them at a decent price on their website. Even though I saw some bad reviews, I took a leap of faith and placed my order. I placed my order on July 7th and got the tanks delivered all the way to the UK by July 20th. The tracking updates kept me in the loop, and the prices were competitive. Lost package, issue with refund
My experience with this company was not good. I had a package go missing, and when I asked for a refund, I ended up losing $30 due to a change in the foreign exchange rate. The shipping cost was crazy expensive at almost $100CAD, and they chose to use economy couriers, which just made things more frustrating.
