    Unresponsive customer support

    I tried contacting customer support about a problem with my order, but it's been over 3 weeks and I still haven't heard back. I'm so frustrated and disappointed with the lack of communication. I was really hoping for a solution, but it seems like they're not listening to me at all. This whole situation has really changed my opinion of the brand, and now I'm not sure if I want to buy from them again.

    I just bought some shirts from this store, and let me tell you, the customer service was awful. I used to have no problems returning things, but this time was a disaster. Mistakes left and right, and not even a sorry or any effort to make things right. I do like their clothes, but this whole experience really turned me off. Their customer service definitely needs some work, especially for folks like us.

    I got rid of the other laptop bag I bought and got the big Laptop Bag instead because it suits my style better.     Van repairs at Rideaways

    I went to Rideaways recently to get my van fixed because the air conditioning compressor was acting up. Someone told me to go there because of the warranty, but honestly, I wasn't too happy with how things turned out. I had to go back twice, and the problem still isn't fixed. The last time I was there, I even shelled out over $100 for a diagnostic test, but it didn't help. They think it might be a loose wire, fuse, or relay causing the problem, but they couldn't find it. It's frustrating because I rarely use the van and it hasn't racked up too many miles since 2011.
