I ordered shoes I really needed for my new job — and for my aching knees, so I couldn't just go try stores. At first I thought it was a simple buy. It wasn't. The checkout showed the address I typed, I hit continue, and suddenly the order moved on with an old address. I tried email right away. No phone option. They answered after a couple days and said there was nothing they could do because only the sender can change an address. Frustrating, yeah. So I went to FedEx online and asked them to hold it at a local station. The website kept saying the change was accepted. Then I got a text saying it was headed to another city. I called FedEx. The agent said she'd updated it. Still wrong. Finally I pushed to speak with a supervisor. Long hold, but that person actually looked into it and seemed to fix things. I can't say for sure until I get the box, but I'm relieved and honestly grateful. Could've been smoother. The staff eventually helped and I'm happy they did — especially since I really needed those shoes. Small mess, happy ending, lesson learned. I'll update when it's in hand soon.
Barely-believable comfort—until it wasn’t
running errands, weekend walks, even around the garden. For years they were the shoes I reached for when other soles felt like flat boards. They cradled my high arches in a way most shoes didn’t, and that kind of immediate relief is rare.
Over time I kept buying them — a black clog for daily wear, a leopard one for when I felt like being bold, and a couple of flip-flops for summer. Friends and family noticed and some even started wearing them because I couldn’t stop talking about how much better my feet felt. They lasted a long time too, which sored well with my schedule of constant use.
Then recently I ordered a beige pair because I wanted something neutral. At first glance they looked right, and the arch support was still there, but the feel was different: firmer, more plastic-y, less of that cushioned give I’d come to expect. That shift in material changed everything. They still work, and they still beat a lot of flat, hard-soled shoes, but they lost that signature softness that made me a repeat buyer.
So, mixed feelings: I’ve been a loyal customer and loved the product for years, but the newer pairs don’t quite live up to the memory. I’m trying competitors now, because I miss that original feel. If they bring the old cushioning back, I’ll be first back in line.Ankle twist
These shoes are really comfy, but I've had some issues with them. I almost twisted my ankle a few times because my foot kept turning. Also, I'm not sure if the ones I bought online are real because they have a different brand name than I thought they would.
4th pair I returned
Oh my gosh, for real, I got these shoes cause my friend said they were super comfy, but man, they're just not like my old ones at all. Those used to be the best, but now they're so different and not as good. It's like they tried to fix something that wasn't broken, why do companies always mess with stuff like that? And on top of that, they're making the sizes smaller and the colors are so dull, like come on, we want fun shoes!
Uncomfortable sandals
I bought a pair of sandals from that store, hoping they would be as comfy as some I've had before. But when I tried them, I felt like they didn't support my arches as well, which made my feet hurt. I swapped them for another pair, but they still didn't feel right. So in the end, I had to find different shoes because those sandals just weren't cutting it for me.
Disappointed with recent purchase
As someone who has been a customer for a while, I bought a new pair this year and I was really disappointed with the change in material and sizing. The shoes are now made in China and they just don't have the same quality they used to. They feel like any other cheap pair of shoes you could get at a discount store. The price went up for these lower-quality shoes, and I don't think it's fair at all. It's obvious that the brand is putting profit over quality. I suggest saving your money and buying from a different place. OOFOS should remember that no amount of advertising can make up for a decrease in product quality.
Waterproof and comfortable flip flops
I wasn't sure about buying these flip flops at first because I saw a few bad reviews saying they were slippery when wet and got messed up easily. But, I decided to give them a shot and wore them on a trip to the New Forest where I did a bunch of walking. Turns out, they're actually super comfy and tough. My feet felt supported and cushioned the whole time, so I could enjoy all my outdoor adventures without any issues.
Three pairs of sandals
I was so pumped to give these sandals a whirl after hearing all the hype about them. Once I slipped them on for a stroll on flat ground, they felt like a dream on my feet. The comfort was top-notch, and it was easy to see why everyone was singing their praises. But, my excitement quickly faded when I took them for a spin on slopes or bumpy terrain. My heel kept slipping out of the sandal, twisting my ankle and making walking a real pain. It wasn't a one-time fluke, but a recurring problem that made me doubt their reliability. It was a letdown to have to tote around backup shoes every time I wore them, just in case I encountered anything other than a smooth walkway.
Slides purchased 10 years ago
I've been wearing these slides for over ten years now, and let me tell you, they are worth every penny I spent on them. Rain, snow, mud, you name it - these slides have been through it all and still look brand new. They provide the best comfort and support, perfect for taking a long walk or just chilling at home. I've told all my friends and family about them, and now they're all obsessed too.

Lace-up trainers in a larger size
I bought a pair of lace-up sneakers in a size bigger than normal, like they suggested. The delivery was quick, and returning them was easy, which I liked. But when I got the shoes, I was bummed to see they weren't real lace-up sneakers like they said. The laces were just for show, and the shoes were actually slip-ons. Because I have high arches, I couldn't wear them comfortably because the opening was too small for me to slide my foot in.
Comfortable sandals that broke after 6 months
I was really excited when I first got my sandals because they were so comfortable and great for summertime. But after just 6 months, the rubber between the toes broke! I'm only 12 years old and I didn't even treat them roughly, so I was surprised they fell apart so quickly. When I contacted customer service about it, they told me the warranty had expired and that most people buy new sandals every 6 months anyway. What a disappointment! Spending $90 on sandals that fall apart so easily is definitely not worth it.
Slippery sandals
I really liked the sandals I bought from this company at first because they were super comfy. But then I found a big problem when they got wet - my foot would just slip right out the side, even on regular ground. It caused me to almost sprain my ankle multiple times, and eventually I got a bad injury where I lost a toenail from hitting a rock. I tried to reach out to the company for help and to see if they would give me a discount on a different pair of shoes, but they never got back to me. It's really disappointing that they didn't seem to care about my safety or experience as a customer. I just want to warn others to be careful if they're thinking about buying anything from this company.
Pain relief footwear
I work long hours on my feet with my job in healthcare and my catering business. I used to think foot pain was just something I had to deal with every day. But recently, I saw some commercials for this shoe brand and decided to give it a shot. Awesome customer service
A couple of weeks back, I needed some assistance with my new shoes so I decided to contact customer service first through their website chat and then later on the phone. They were really friendly, professional, and really easy to communicate with both times. It felt like I was just chatting with a friend who happens to know everything about shoes! Normally, I don't leave reviews, but their customer service was so great that I just had to give them a shoutout. Now I'm even more pumped to rock my new comfy kicks every single day!
Comfortable Slides
These slides are seriously amazing! I've been dealing with foot pain for months, trying all kinds of stuff with no luck. Finally, I thought I'd give these slides a try. And man, I'm so glad I did! The support and cushioning are like nothing else. They've not only got rid of my foot pain but even helped my arches get better, which I never thought could happen. I bought a pair of OOFOS shoes because I heard they were comfy for people who stand a lot. But when I tried them, my feet kept slipping around in them, even with socks on. It made me walk funny on the side of my foot, which felt weird and I never had that issue with other shoes. I honestly think I wasted my money on these and they didn't live up to what I thought they'd be.

When I tried to get some help from customer service, they just told me to use a shoe horn, which wasn't very helpful. I wouldn't really suggest buying slip-on shoes from that store based on my own experience.
