Prescription delays
This company's service for prescription orders is just terrible, you know what I mean? I needed my cat's meds like ASAP, but even though I paid extra for fast shipping, it took forever to get here. Poor kitty was getting worse and worse because of that stupid delay. I tried calling customer service for help, but they were useless, didn't do anything. And to top it off, they didn't even refund me for that fast shipping I paid for. Now my cat's going blind, and I can't help but blame this company and UPS for how things turned out.

Gift card purchase
I can't believe it took them over a week just to ship a gift card that I bought online. Their customer service wasn't much help either - they just told me to wait until next week if it doesn't show up by then. Like, come on, just stick the card in an envelope and send it out! Amazon can deliver stuff overnight, so why can't they? This is definitely the first and last time I'm ordering from this place.

Air Skirts for our heating
Hey, so we got these air skirts to use for our heating system and they're actually working pretty well! At first, we had to play around with the measurements a bit, but the folks there were really helpful. They weren't exactly designed for motor coaches, but with some good old fashioned redneck ingenuity, we got them to work. We had a tornado come through recently, but thankfully everything stayed in place thanks to these air skirts!

Stickers for bedtime routine
The stickers have really made a difference in our bedtime routine, for both me and my son. It used to be such a challenge to get him to settle down and fall asleep, sometimes it would take forever. But now, after a nice bath, he sticks the stickers on his pajamas by himself and chills out for a bit before hopping into bed. He's so much more relaxed and goes to sleep a lot easier now.

Charcoal pants and a shirt
I was super bummed about my recent experience with this company. I ordered some charcoal pants but got sent some dark green ones labeled as "Forest River" instead. When I reached out to customer service and showed them a pic as proof, they said I got the right color, which was frustrating. Plus, I snagged a shirt during their end of year sale but later found out it was final sale with no heads up when I bought it. Their lack of transparency and accountability is not cool with me.

I paid for an iPhone monitoring subscription, but I can't use it because of a 2-factor authentication problem with my Apple ID. Cocospy said they could set up a new Apple ID without the 2-factor authentication, but that turned out to be untrue. Their customer service was not great - they only offered me a partial refund even though I couldn't use their service. I had to open a dispute with PayPal to finally get a full refund.

Booking hotel stay, UK flight cancellation
I was really disappointed when our flight got cancelled and we couldn't stay at the Amstel Amsterdam hotel! But big thanks to the hotel staff for setting us up with rooms next to each other and giving us a refund quickly. The website was simple to navigate and the chat service was really helpful when we needed them. Shoutout to Citizen for being amazing when things didn't go as planned!

Oversized jumpsuit
I just bought this big jumpsuit from this one store, and man, the sizing was way off. What they said on their website didn't match up at all. So, I tried to swap it for a smaller size, but they said no way. I even said I'd cover the extra shipping, but they still wouldn't do it. Their customer service was just awful, I couldn't believe how unhelpful they were. It's too bad because the jumpsuit seemed pretty good quality, but their exchange policy killed the whole thing for me.

I just went to that store and it was really disappointing. They hardly had any shoes and the customer service was terrible. They said they had tons of shoes, but when I asked for three pairs in my size, they were suddenly out of stock. The service at the Jonesboro store has really gone downhill lately - it seems like they care more about avoiding customers than actually selling anything. It's really sad to see their customer service change so much, especially since I've been a loyal customer for so long and I really value good service.

Hotel reservation in Athens, Greece
My husband and I had a hotel reservation in Athens, Greece that I booked through Momondo's website. However, when we got there, we were shocked to find out that our reservation had been changed to a totally different place far away from where we were supposed to stay. The new place was in a bad area, there was trash everywhere, and we even saw prostitutes right across the street. The walls were covered in graffiti too. The person at the front desk told us that Momondo does this all the time. I called and complained to Momondo, and they said they moved us to a "comparable property" without telling us, which is apparently their policy. They asked for pictures of the bad conditions, but never got back to us. This whole experience was a nightmare and it totally ruined our once in a lifetime trip to Athens.

I have to admit, I was really disappointed with the clothes I bought from this store recently. They looked nothing like the pictures on the website and the quality was really low. On top of that, the sizing was all wrong. I wish I had checked the reviews before buying because it seems like a lot of other people had the same problem. I returned everything and even gave them the tracking number from FedEx. But now they're saying they never got the items back, even though FedEx shows they were delivered and signed for. International flight experience
I recently had a rough time booking an international flight with a certain airline. When I was traveling to Uganda with a layover in Addis Ababa, things took a turn for the worse. The security folks in Addis Ababa were acting sketchy, and when I got to Uganda, my luggage was nowhere to be found. Turns out, it got swiped during the transit in Addis Ababa. I even got an official letter from Entebbe airport confirming the missing luggage, but the airline's response was a letdown. They kept saying they'd fix it in a bunch of emails, but nothing ever got resolved. I was really disappointed by their lack of responsibility and how little they cared about making things right. I definitely wouldn't recommend this airline to anyone.
