Sauna equipment purchase
I wanted to share about my recent experience buying sauna equipment. The customer service team was awesome. Angus was super helpful, gave great advice, and kept me in the loop during the whole ordering process. When the sauna equipment arrived, it was in perfect shape, well-packaged, and protected. I was really impressed by how much care they took to make sure everything arrived safely.

Sauna Installation with Red Cedar Wood
Finnmark is absolutely amazing! They hooked us up with this awesome sauna built from Red Cedar wood on the Isle of Harris. Their communication was on point, and they really understood what we were looking for and delivered. The sauna they put together was top of the line, and the Red Cedar wood they used was gorgeous. They were super easy to work with and always willing to go the extra mile. Their guidance was right on the money. We couldn't be happier with how everything came out, and we highly recommend them to anyone in need of a sauna!

Narvi Softy heater purchase
I gotta tell ya, my time with this company was amazing. I was struggling to pick out the right heater for my sauna, so I decided to get in touch with them. They didn't just give me advice on my electrical setup, they also hooked me up with an electrician who really went above and beyond to help me out. What really impressed me was how flexible they were when my cabin got delayed by another supplier. They offered to store my Narvi Softy heater until I was good to go, making sure the warranty didn't kick in until then. The communication all the way through was top-notch.

When I first reached out to Finnmark Sauna, I was really impressed by Hamesh, their sales consultant. He was so helpful and really knew his stuff. But then, when I called with a question about the heater I bought, "Rupert" answered the phone and totally brushed me off. He basically told me to figure it out on my own by reading the manual. I was really surprised by how little he knew about the product and how different his customer service was compared to Hamesh. It just goes to show, the customer service at this company can be hit or miss.
