Coach bag purchase
I recently bought a fancy designer handbag from this company and I gotta say, I was super impressed with the whole thing. I placed my order on a Wednesday night and to my surprise, the bag showed up the next morning without even getting a shipping email. Their delivery service is really top-notch. I did have a little problem with the courier's delivery process, but Rachel from customer service handled it right away. She was so professional and helpful, it went above and beyond what I expected. It's clear that this company really cares about making customers happy. Larizia has definitely earned my trust, and I won't think twice about shopping with them again.
Trainers
I bought some sneakers from this store back in early December. Turns out they didn't fit me right, so I returned them. But now, it's been weeks and I still haven't gotten my money back. I've emailed them a bunch of times, but no one has gotten back to me. I'm starting to think they might have gone under or something. It's really irritating, and I'd warn anyone thinking of buying from them to be careful.
Bag with unclear tax and duties terms for Switzerland
I recently bought a bag from this store and was let down by the unclear tax and duty terms. When I first bought it, it said taxes and duties were covered for "rest of Europe". But when the bag arrived, I had to fork over over CHF 70 to DHL for taxes and duties. I tried contacting Larizia for answers but never heard back. It seems like they've updated their terms to not cover taxes for international orders. Their lack of honesty and communication has really put me off and I won't be shopping with them again.
Small wallet with chain
So, I picked up this little wallet with a chain from this store, and let me tell you, it was a mess. They messed up the customs form, so my wallet got held up in customs forever. And now, it's been 25 days since they got it back, and I still haven't gotten my refund or heard anything from them! Like, seriously, do yourself a favor and don't shop there.
High-end shoes
I bought some expensive shoes from this company not too long ago and man, let me tell you, the whole thing was a total letdown. Out of nowhere, they went ahead and canceled my order without even bothering to tell me. I sent a couple of emails asking what was going on, but all I got in return was crickets. It was super frustrating and just downright unprofessional.
JW Anderson chain loafers
I recently bought a pair of loafers from the store and they got here pretty quickly. Ordering them was super easy and they fit me perfectly. I'm really excited to rock them soon. Overall, I'm super happy with my purchase!
Genuine designer shoes at a great price
I just bought some designer shoes from Larizia and I gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised by how good of a deal it was. The shoes were the real deal and the price was right. Only downside was they were a tad big on me, but returning them and getting a refund was a breeze. I was so happy with how it all went down that I ended up getting another pair of shoes from Larizia. All in all, I trust Larizia as a store and will definitely shop there again.
Slick boots order
I ordered these really cool boots I've had my eye on for a while. Larizia was super quick in shipping them out the next day with DHL. In just 3 days, my package traveled all the way from the UK to Australia. The boots were even prettier in person and were packaged really well. Unfortunately, they were a little too big for me, so I had to return them. The return process was easy, and I got my refund the same day they arrived back at Larizia's return center. This whole experience was hassle-free, and now I feel confident and excited to shop with Larizia again in the future.
Great product on sale
I just bought this amazing product on sale from Larizia and I'm really happy with how everything turned out. They sent out my item super fast, which was great. And when I had a question for customer service, they handled it quickly and well. All in all, my experience with Larizia has been awesome and I would totally suggest them to others.

Trainers return for refund
I recently bought a pair of trainers from Larizia, but had to return them because they didn't fit right. I sent them back following the return instructions and used tracked postage. Even though the package made it back to Larizia just fine, I still haven't gotten my refund or even a simple acknowledgment that they got the shoes back. It's been really frustrating that they haven't been in touch or processed my refund in a timely manner. I've reached out to them through email multiple times, but I haven't heard anything back. This lack of customer service is just not okay and it's definitely not a good look for Larizia.
Ordered item
I bought something from this store recently, and they sent me the wrong item. I tried emailing them about it, but I haven't heard back or got any help fixing the problem yet. Also, when I tried using the return label on their website, it didn't work at all. This whole situation has been pretty frustrating, and it's definitely put a damper on my shopping experience with them.
White sandals
I just got a new pair of white sandals from this website and let me tell you, I was really impressed with the whole experience. The site was super easy to use and it was a breeze finding what I wanted to buy. My order was sent out quickly, and even though it was coming from overseas, the sandals got to me in no time. Second order, out of stock items
This is actually my second time ordering from this store, and to be honest, the experience hasn't been great either time. I placed my order, but then got an email saying some items were out of stock. They said I'd get a refund, but it's been a minute and I still haven't seen the money back in my bank account. It's just annoying to pay for stuff that isn't even there, and then have to wait forever for my money back.
Trainers purchase
I had a really disappointing experience at this store. I ordered some trainers at the end of December, but then received an email a few days later saying my order was canceled with no explanation. I still haven't gotten my refund, and the customer service team hasn't responded to my emails or social media messages. It's been frustrating and left me dissatisfied with my whole experience.
Stella McCartney bag, Black Friday discount, fast delivery
My time at the store was amazing. I finally found the Stella McCartney bag I'd been eyeing for a while, and it was on sale for Black Friday. Even though I was a new customer, I felt good about ordering because the company seemed legit. Checking out was easy and quick. I was so happy to get a notification that my order was on its way just two hours later. The delivery came right on time the next day, just like DPD promised. The bag is gorgeous and really well-made. I'm super happy with my purchase and would totally tell my friends to check out this store.
Victoria Beckham Sky boots
I bought the Victoria Beckham Sky boots from this store, but they were too small so I had to return them. The problem was when I found out I had to pay $216 for the return shipping through DHL, which felt like a lot. What really got me was how long it took for them to process my return. It took 19 days from when they got the boots to when they actually processed the return. I didn't expect this kind of delay and extra charges from a fancy store like this.
Refund issue
The customer service is just awful. You can only reach them by email, and even then, they hardly ever get back to you. I've been trying to get a refund for over a month, and despite being told it was processed, I still don't see the money in my account. My advice: steer clear of this company!
New shoes
I scored some really cool shoes on sale, but they didn't fit quite like I hoped. The folks at the store were so friendly and helped me swap them out for a pair that fit just right. The only downside was that both pairs had some scuff marks on them.
Black Leather Tote Bag
I got this really cute tote bag just in time for my trip! I had ordered one from a US store, but it was taking forever to ship. So, I came across this website from the UK and decided to go for it. The bag was shipped the next day and got to me in just 2 days! I was thrilled with how quickly it arrived and it's definitely the real deal.
