Victoria Beckham Sky boots
I bought the Victoria Beckham Sky boots from this store, but they were too small so I had to return them. The problem was when I found out I had to pay $216 for the return shipping through DHL, which felt like a lot. What really got me was how long it took for them to process my return. It took 19 days from when they got the boots to when they actually processed the return. I didn't expect this kind of delay and extra charges from a fancy store like this.
Refund issue
The customer service is just awful. You can only reach them by email, and even then, they hardly ever get back to you. I've been trying to get a refund for over a month, and despite being told it was processed, I still don't see the money in my account. My advice: steer clear of this company!
New shoes
I scored some really cool shoes on sale, but they didn't fit quite like I hoped. The folks at the store were so friendly and helped me swap them out for a pair that fit just right. The only downside was that both pairs had some scuff marks on them.
Tory Burch bag, beautifully packaged, saved money
OMG, I just got my new bag and it's seriously so amazing! The packaging was super cute and it arrived really quickly. Larizia is awesome and I totally recommend buying from them. I saved a ton of money on my bag, it's crazy. I'm just so happy right now. Thanks a bunch!
Handbag purchase
I just wanted to mention that even though I haven't gotten my handbag as a new customer yet, I really appreciated how quick the customer service team followed up with me. It's nice to see them being so attentive and proactive in handling any problems. Even with the delivery being delayed, I'm excited about shopping more at this store down the road.
My shoes were too small
Oh my gosh, I bought these shoes online and they ended up being super small when they came in. I tried to send them back, but their return page was acting up. I even emailed them a few times, but never heard back. Guess I'll have to find a different place to get shoes next time!
Anya Hindmarch Vanity Case
I ordered the Anya Hindmarch Vanity Case online, but then they went and canceled it. They even charged my account the next day. I've been emailing them twice a day for over a week, but still haven't heard anything back. It's pretty frustrating how they're not communicating or providing good customer service.

I got this really awesome bag from Larizia and I was so happy with it! I live all the way in Australia, but the delivery was surprisingly fast and the package arrived in perfect condition.
