Disappointing quality menswear
I got all excited about this brand after I read an article in GQ saying Todd Snyder was "The Man Who Taught Men to Love Clothes." So, I went ahead and bought a bunch of stuff from Todd Snyder to boost my wardrobe, but man, was I let down. The clothes weren't that great - the stitching was coming undone, and the fabrics started wearing out way too soon. It seemed like I was forking over big bucks for low-quality fast fashion. Long story short, I won't be shopping here again.
Shorts too large
I went ahead and bought some shorts but they ended up being way too big, so I had to send them back. The return process was a real hassle, super confusing. Now I'm just stuck waiting around forever to get my money back. Such a bummer, not cool at all.
Order three times
Man, I gotta say, the customer service at this place is just the worst! They're all like, "Oh, we've got Concierge Customer Service," but let me tell you, that's a big old nope. I placed three orders and every time they hit me with this, "Oops, sorry, we're moving our warehouse and things are delayed." And then they want me to reorder at a lower discount, like that's cool or something. It's totally not fair! Plus, their clothes are only for super tall, super skinny dudes with no muscles, and they shrivel up after one wash. So not worth the big bucks they're asking for! I'm so done with shopping here.
Alpaca Popover Polo in Silver Mist
I like to shop online a lot and I've checked out many brands, but dealing with this one has been a major headache. I've been eyeing this Alpaca Popover Polo in Silver Mist for about a year, waiting for the perfect moment to buy it. The crummy exchange rate between Canada and the US pushed me to make the purchase when it went on sale, even though they didn't have my size (Medium) in stock. I settled for a Large and placed my order, crossing my fingers. But then almost three weeks went by without any updates on my shipment, despite me reaching out to customer service multiple times. Their lack of a phone number for international online orders made it frustrating, having to rely on email and Chat, and waiting days for a reply. To make things worse, I later saw that they restocked the Medium size on their website, so I cancelled my order for the Large and made a new one. I quickly paid the invoice they sent me, but two days later they shockingly cancelled my order because they claimed the item was out of stock, even though the website showed both Medium and Large sizes available. It's really disappointing that my first order from this brand turned into a total disaster, especially when the clothes seemed so good. This has honestly been the worst customer service experience I've ever had.
Shirt and pants
Man, buying clothes online this time was the absolute worst. My order got all screwed up and I ended up having to fix it all on my own. Megan, the lady I spoke to, was seriously no help at all - she was totally rude. I am definitely never shopping here again, like ever!
Denim jacket purchase
I bought this denim jacket here and it's really nice quality and looks awesome. But man, ordering it was a total nightmare. I ordered it on 11/25/23 and my delivery got delayed with no updates or explanations. Every time I asked for an update, all I got was some generic response about high order volume. It was super frustrating and disappointing. Thankfully, the customer service rep I talked to was really nice and understanding. They upgraded my delivery to expedited shipping, which was a huge relief. I really love the jacket, but they seriously need to work on the ordering process.
Hawaiian summer shirts
I recently bought two Hawaiian summer shirts from this place and man, I am so impressed. Right after I ordered them, I got an email confirmation right away, which definitely got me in a good mood for my shopping. And when I had a question about the tracking number, the customer service team got back to me the same day - really fast! The delivery came through FedEx and showed up two days earlier than I thought, what a nice surprise. The packaging was eco-friendly and the shirts were top quality and fit me just right. I am super happy with my purchase and will absolutely order from here again.
Perfect sweatshirt & fantastic Henley
Who cares if the delivery took forever? Big deal, it's a first world issue. Finally snagged the perfect sweatshirt for freezing Canadian winters and a killer Henley from this place. The quality is top-notch and I'm one happy camper. Couldn't be more pleased.
Sweater purchase
I just got a sweater from this brand, and it really let me down. The quality was awful and you could tell it was made in China. If you want good knitwear, go for John Smedley or Dunhill. They have top-notch stuff made in the UK or Italy.
Buy clothes
Oh my goodness, do not waste your time shopping here! The customer service is terrible, like seriously the worst I've ever experienced. Trying to get a refund? Forget about it, it's nearly impossible. You can definitely find the same items at other stores, so do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else, no joke.
Champion collaboration sweats
The Champion collaboration items at this store are really top-notch. The design and attention to detail are exceptional, which definitely justifies the price. Some might think the prices are a bit high for sweatshirts, but in my opinion, the quality makes it worth it. The customer service at the Manhattan store was great - the staff were friendly and super helpful. Overall, shopping here was a really satisfying experience.
Blazer with crooked cuff
I just got a blazer from this store, and man, was I bummed when I saw that one of the sleeves had a messed-up cuff. I had already taken off the tags and missed the return period, but their customer service totally came through for me. I called and talked to a super nice and helpful person who quickly hooked me up with a credit voucher for the full cost, taxes included. They even set up free return shipping for me. I gotta say, their top-notch service has definitely won me over as a customer for life.
Watch purchase
I bought a watch from this store because I liked how it looked. But when I got it, I had a problem with the buckle not reaching the bar, so the strap kept falling off. I asked customer service for help, but they told me to talk to the manufacturer, even though I bought it from them. I tried reaching out to the manufacturer, but they never responded. I'm pretty bummed that neither the store nor the manufacturer are taking responsibility or helping me out.

I ordered this really awesome hoodie and I was so pumped about it! I spoke with someone and they said it would be here in time for Christmas, but then I got an email saying it was canceled. So bummed ?
Large order not received
I just wanted to let you know that I recently bought five things from your store - jackets, sweaters, and a hoodie - that added up to over $1500. But, I never got the stuff. I reached out to customer service, and they said the items were shipped and suggested I talk to my credit card company about it. I gotta say, I'm really let down by the way this whole situation was handled. I spent a good chunk of money, and I was hoping for better service.

I just bought some men's clothes online and had a really bad customer service experience. I placed an order back on November 25th, and it's been forever and I still haven't gotten any word on when it's shipping out. I tried getting in touch with customer service for assistance, but it's like they're MIA because I haven't heard anything back yet – and I hit them up right when they opened. I even asked them to cancel my order, and now I'm gonna have to take it up with my credit card company to dispute the charge. This whole experience has been a mess, and I'm definitely never ordering from this company again.
Recent shopping experience
I had a really bad shopping experience recently. The stuff I bought wasn't great quality, and the customer service was terrible. When I tried to get help with my order problem, the person I talked to was rude and didn't help at all. I ended up canceling my order and asking not to get any more emails from the company. Two items purchased
I recently bought two things, but ended up having to return both. Sadly, I only got money back for one of them and never saw a refund for the second item. I lost out on over $100 for a bulky, scratchy, wool cardigan that I never got to enjoy. To make matters worse, I got a confusing email saying 'refund zero' about the missing refund and when I tried to fix it, I just got the runaround. The customer service was awful; they even tried to blame me for sending back the items to the 'wrong warehouse', even though one was refunded. The whole thing was a disaster, and it seems like they have some serious issues that need fixing. I'm never shopping with this company again.
