Late fee issue
I had a really frustrating experience with this store recently, even though I've been a loyal customer for over ten years. The person I talked to on the phone when I paid didn't mention anything about a cutoff time, which just made me even more mad. I got this really neat solar panel kit and it came in separate packages which seemed a little strange. But hey, shipping was free so that's a win. I used this service for fixing my AC recently and I gotta say, I was really let down by the whole thing. They came out fast to check it out, but they didn't really figure out what was really wrong. With the shoddy work they did and the terrible customer service, I'm just feeling so annoyed and disappointed. I wouldn't suggest using this service to anyone.

Hey guys, I just wanted to warn you about my recent experience with booking a flight through Avianca. I had scheduled a flight for May 12, but when I got to the airport, I found out they had changed it to the 11th without even letting me know. Dealing with their customer support was a total nightmare - some reps were helpful, but others were just plain rude and unhelpful. They told me they'd call back with a fix, but they never did! I was left stranded and had to pay extra for a hotel and a new flight. I suggest flying LATAM instead for better service and a stress-free trip. Trust me, it's not worth the hassle with Avianca.

Misleading sales pitch
Jimmy Le, the sales representative, totally lied to us with fake promises. When we tried to talk about our issues, he ghosted us. The leads we got were awful - from folks who didn't even need a lawyer. We spent so much time arguing about these leads and asking for our money back, but only got half of them refunded. And the process for appealing denied refunds was a joke - they didn't even give a reason for saying no. Save yourself the trouble and skip this place.

Setting the time to match up with my phone was a headache and even after trying, it still wouldn't sync up on its own.
