Lost package, quick fix
I had a missing package, which was annoying, but customer service was fast — really fast — they sent a replacement and arranged next-day delivery. Product itself was solid. Not flawless, packaging a bit crumpled, but way better than other companies I've dealt with.
Helpful support, bad delivery
I had doubts before ordering — read mixed reviews and wasn't sure. Customer rep on the phone was actually clear and helpful, which surprised me. Still, the courier (GLS) never managed to deliver, so I ended up buying the same items on Amazon. Happens, but frustrating after a good support call.
Nice surprise delivery
Needed quick gifts during my last-minute move — my bad back made shopping impossible, so their fast delivery and friendly support were a lifesaver. Stuff's nice, I kinda really bought too much.

they sorted my mess and I’ll definitely order from them again. I forgot to put my apartment number (classic wedding-brain during bachelorette planning) so the first delivery failed, my bad. Liv was super understanding and sent a replacement with next-day shipping — saved the day. Makeup’s great too, not flawless but it works and beats a few other places I’ve tried.
Velvet Rose, solid pick
By the second week I was reaching for it most mornings — I picked it up last month and dove right in. The mattes surprised me with how pigmented they are, and one shimmer in particular blends like nothing else, so I can go from subtle day looks to a quick smoky eye. Compact, no-nonsense case; nothing flashy, just solid performance. Kinda pleased.
Replacement finally worked
When I opened the second replacement bottle I actually paused — it looked fine, clear, no brown tinge. That was the first moment I felt like this would be sorted. I’d bought two Sali Hughes Must-C serums and both originals were oxidized, then Revolution customer service sent replacements and one of those was off too. After more messages they sent another and refunded shipping. Not flawless, but the last bottle works so I’m satisfied, just a bit tired of the hassle. Maybe check batch codes.
Highlighters worth the money
I absolutely love Revolution's highlighters! I've been using them for years and they always look amazing on my skin. The quality is definitely worth the price, and I always get compliments when I wear them. If you haven't tried them yet, I highly suggest giving them a go!
Skin Silk Foundation purchase
I didn't realize ordering foundation could be this simple! I just got the Skin Silk Foundation, but then I found some samples of the IRL foundation in my package too. It was like they knew exactly what I wanted because I was actually considering trying it, but I didn't want to buy a whole bottle without knowing if it was right for me. Their customer service and attention to detail really blew me away!
Eyeshadow palette purchase
I really like Revolution Beauty's products, but my experience with them this time wasn't the greatest. The delivery took so long, and when my eyeshadow palette finally arrived, it was broken. The packaging just wasn't good enough to keep everything safe during shipping, so now I have a damaged item.
Latest beauty purchase
I just bought something from this company and it was a total nightmare. My package went missing and their customer service was no help at all. It's been weeks since I placed my order and they haven't given me any useful info. I'm so mad about how they're not keeping in touch and taking responsibility. If I could, I'd give them zero stars.
Pore Blur Primer
This primer is seriously amazing! I can't believe how great my skin looked after just one use. My pores and any redness in my T-zone vanished. The texture feels like velvet and my skin looks flawless. I was doubtful at first because of the low price, but I've used pricier primers that didn't work as well. This is definitely going to be my new favorite primer.
Eye pallet purchase
I just bought an eye palette from this company, and let me tell you, it's totally worth the money. The colors in the palette are beautiful and super pigmented, so you can create all sorts of different looks. The delivery was really quick, and the packaging was top-notch to make sure the product came in perfect shape.
