    Even though I missed some important details about getting a discount on my CO2 pellet guns from Pyramyd Air, I still had a good experience overall. The customer service rep I talked to was really nice and helpful, even though the discount situation didn't turn out how I wanted. I'll definitely be shopping with Pyramyd Air again in the future.

    Shampoo and conditioner for aging hair

    I just got this shampoo and conditioner for older hair from this store. I've tried a bunch of other brands, but Revolution really stands out. These products did a great job of making my hair look healthy and shiny. Only problem was the bottles were kinda hard to squeeze with my achy hands, which made it tough to get the product out easily.

    I purchased a water softener system.

    The folks over at the water treatment company were really open and clear about a delay in shipping because their warehouse was short-staffed. Even though things got delayed, the customer service when placing my order was top-notch. Since getting it installed, I've been loving my water softener system and it's been working great. Jeremy and Rhea were awesome at answering all my installation questions. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and definitely think this company is worth recommending to others.

    I always order from this place because it's so quick and convenient. Ernesto is awesome, he always takes care of me. It's pretty sweet to get my drinks brought to me without having to leave my house. Plus, the prices are fair. I'm a big fan!

    Women's tops, polyester fabric, cotton blend

    I just bought some women's tops online the other day and, gotta say, there were so many choices! But man, I was kinda bummed to see that most of them were made of just plain polyester. I usually like my clothes to be made of cotton or a cotton/poly blend because they're way more comfy and breathable. Hoping they add more fabric options in the future to please everyone's tastes!

    I'm really let down by the software I bought from this company. When I started using it, I got these weird login alerts for different accounts and emails. It's obvious to me that this software isn't secure and it's led to my personal data getting exposed. I'd recommend anyone thinking about giving this software a try to be careful and do some serious research on its reputation before putting it on their devices.

    Hey, I got this really awesome shirt from you all, but it just didn't fit me right. So, I had to send it back and now I'm stuck waiting to see if they have my size available. It's kind of like playing a waiting game, but definitely not the fun kind. I really wish they would just refund me and let me order something different. They could learn a thing or two from Amazon when it comes to customer service, that's for sure.

    I just bought some skincare stuff and let me tell ya, I am seriously impressed with the way it worked out for me! I've been using the pink cloud cleanser, rose mist, bakuchiol, and lapis oil, and let me tell you, my skin has never looked better. The customer service with this company is awesome. They've got a great return policy and are super quick to respond to any questions or concerns I might have. Now, there were a couple of items I wasn't a huge fan of, like the pink cloud moisturizer and under eye serum, but the customer service team handled it like pros and made sure I was happy. On a brighter note, I am absolutely loving their moon fruit cream. The fancy purple color and how hydrating it is have made it a must-have in my nighttime routine. Plus, it's vegan which is a big win for me. All in all, I'm glad I found this brand and I'll definitely be coming back for more in the future.

    Damaged purse purchase

    I bought a purse from this company not long ago, and man, was it a letdown. The thing showed up all busted, parts missing, and covered in grime. I tried getting in touch with customer service by email, sending pictures, and even calling them up, but no dice. All they did was ask for more pictures. It was a total headache and such a letdown. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of buying anything from these folks.

    Bootcamp course over weekends

    I just finished this bootcamp class that took place over a few weekends and man, let me tell you, it was no joke! The instructor really pushed us and made sure we were giving it our all. The study materials and practice questions were a lifesaver when it came time for the exam, and being able to go back and watch the lessons online whenever I needed to was a game-changer. I had a few questions here and there, and the customer service team was super quick to respond and really helpful. Thanks to their support, I aced my exam!

    The worst travel company that I had to deal with! A scam! Lack of transparency, of reliable information, of professionalism and a lot of lying.
    I had to change my departure date in September and although I paid luggage on my initial booking they did not added the information to my updated reservation. I contacted customer service several time during 3 weeks before my departure on this matter because they weren't able to figure out how to solve this issue and kept delaying. One day prior the departure I have been promised that the issue is solved and they reassured me that they communicated the info to the airline. It was a lie. Once at the airport, the airline was seeing not luggage paid on my reservation, so I had to pay it again.
    I am trying to change the date for my return flight to US flight, it's been 10 days. I first contacted them through chat on Dec 27. Kept telling me that someone will contact me within 72h. When nobody did, I wrote back. They told me to take this directly with the airline, knowing that this was not the solution, but just to get rid of me. Contacted the airline, which of course sent me back to them. It took them 8 days to call me to change my return flight. When I asked why they called me so late, I have been told that the airlines don't work during holydays! Which is outrageously untrue! 8 days during which the prices kept climbing. The call was unprofessional and I have been offered zero transparency on how they set the prices that they asked me to pay. It was a take it or leave it situation. When I asked for other dates prices the agent kept repeating that this is the best price and I either want it or not. I chose not to change the ticket on Jan 3 when they called due unexpected high fees and some financial limitation. I reached back to them by phone on Jan 4th because I am forced to make the change due to health issues. Waited 15 min to be connected to someone. Gave all the information, the dates that I am looking at for the flight back just to be told that someone will get back with me in 3 days! I have been told told that they contacted me one day before but since I didn't take their offer I need to wait for someone to get back to me in 72h. Basically I am being punished because I refused to buy the ticket they proposed. I have no words to describe how powerless and frustrated I feel. I am at the mercy of an incompetent and dishonest group of customer service people which each time refuses to transfer me to someone higher who could solve my problems. Their managers are always busy and can't talk to me! I never felt so bullied, lied, robbed and ignored by a service provider in my life.
    I will do everything I can so this doesn't happen to other people anymore.
    Stay as far as you can from this scam company!

    I ordered the sandles on 7/14 and it is 7/29 and still nothing has shown up. Tracking the item i saw it come across the country and finally land in my state saying it would be here on the 28th. It did not come and now i see the package leaving my state and up north. I tried calling on the 29th and the recording states “currently closed and opens at 9 am” It is 9: 40 . Not pleased and no longer need the shoes. I cannot even put one star on this review for some reason , but only worked for 2.

    Ordered the Better Love Lily Vibe and could not figure out how to use it, contacted customer service and within seconds, received a user guide that further explained how to properly turn on the toy and how to properly clean, super easy and quick. Customer service was super sweet and helpful,
