Beware. Ordered on 4/16..5/6 still trying to return. No return label, no paperwork. Promise texts of help never happen. Ordered my usual shoe size..the shoe was too wide, too big. I will never order from this company Again. Beware! I'm not even sure i can send my review.
Boots
Accidently ordered the wrong color. I called 18 hours later (when they opened) and was informed that I'm stuck with order. Bad policy. Never again.
Sandles
I ordered the sandles on 7/14 and it is 7/29 and still nothing has shown up. Tracking the item i saw it come across the country and finally land in my state saying it would be here on the 28th. It did not come and now i see the package leaving my state and up north. I tried calling on the 29th and the recording states “currently closed and opens at 9 am” It is 9: 40 . Not pleased and no longer need the shoes. I cannot even put one star on this review for some reason , but only worked for 2.
Sandals
I ordered a pair of sandals on 7/2/2021 and it is now 7/15/2021 and have yet to receive my order. Fed Ex shows delivery pending and when I contacted support they explain something like there are 2 delivery methods involved so I will eventually receive my order through USPS? I was under the impression that these were ordered in the US but now I am thinking this is not a US company.....

Washable shoes are very comfortable as maker cared about good comfort Ease Mule design liked most ,very good color outsole specialy designed non slippery Achieve sneaker is absolutely fit for all seasons Price wise these are not so cheaper and somewhere I found over charging But once I liked comfortability just ordered
Almost four days taken this time to deliver Little bit suspicious about the delay as last time when sandal delivered I had faced some communication issue with back up team.of company Rest no quality issue
