box looked fine, but not what I paid for. I contacted support and Szabolcs handled it quickly. They fixed it without drama, which made me feel better and I'll buy from Moment again, but I'll check the specs next time. Still, listings should be clearer; if a model was discontinued the product page needs to show which version you're picking before checkout. Small fix, big difference.
Quick swap, easy returns
I’ll buy from them again — even after juggling a couple of backorders. I was messing with an order in early July and, honestly, the first thing I did was add the shipment protection because I’m lazy about returns. First impression: the site looked clean and the product pages felt trustworthy, so I clicked. I got a Padded Camera Wrap and a Battery Organizer that were solid — nicely made — but not really my vibe, so I set up a return. It was surprisingly painless: went straight to the returns page, filled it out, printed a label, done. No inbox drama, no chasing anyone, which I appreciated. Meanwhile a Peak Design strap sat in backorder; I asked if they could swap that part of the order for a different in-stock strap and they did, shipped it fast. The backordered piece got cancelled when Peak Design released new colors and they weren’t stocking them yet, which made sense. A few emails back and forth over a couple days, everyone was helpful and quick enough. Small quirks here and there, but overall smooth — I’ll recommend them and shop again.

Purchased a camera lens
I had a really good experience talking to the customer support team. I had some questions about the camera lens I bought and they got back to me fast with some useful info. The Gear Guide really knew their stuff and gave me the help I was looking for. The only thing I wish is that I had reached out to them earlier, because I had already gone on a trip to try out the lens at a botanical garden before they helped me. I've been using the lenses from Moment and gotta say, they're really top-notch. Just got myself the T Series lenses and I'm super happy with the quality. The lens adapters are also built really well. Had a little trouble with the mounting instructions, but the customer service team was right on it and helped me out. Grabbed some filters and a travel case too, and they're all really good quality. Overall, really satisfied with my purchases.
