Liquor order
I was really let down by the delivery service with this company. I ordered some liquor and it took a whole six days to get to me. I was surprised that they used UPS for delivery, I was hoping for a more dependable and fast service. The long wait and not being able to track my order properly left me feeling annoyed and unhappy with the whole thing. I thought a service focused on delivering alcohol would be better than this.

Acrylic prints purchase
The printing quality of those acrylic prints I ordered was awesome, just like I hoped it would be. They got them done super quick too, which was a huge bonus for me. But, the delivery could have been better. FedEx just left the package in the lobby instead of bringing it right to my door like normal. Luckily nothing got taken, but it was kinda nerve-wracking. Overall, great prints and fast service, but delivery could use some work.

35mm camera purchase
I just got a new 35mm camera and I was so excited to use it. But when it arrived, I had trouble loading the film right. I tried to fix it myself, but I ended up calling customer service for help. I lucked out and spoke to a guy named Szabolcs who was super nice and really helpful. He got a new camera shipped to me right away, and it arrived the next day. The replacement camera works great, and I'm thrilled. I can't wait to start taking pictures with it, thanks to Moment's awesome customer service.
