    Drizly IS BEST FOR ANYONE WHO loves DRINKING LIQUIRE! this store is fantastic as it consist all kind of drinks in one damn place. Its truth worthy and i can order it from any time and anywhere. the store has all kind of my favorites , from gin to wine , you name it they have it
    The price is not that different as compared to the market but it gives you access to get all kind of drinks. SO book for a party or for a date. Drizly is surely the best option in the online market.
    There are huge range and lots of good brands, so from me , its a 100% recommendation. Also the delivery i safe and without going anywhere i get my drinks at my doorstep

    Liquor order

    I was really let down by the delivery service with this company. I ordered some liquor and it took a whole six days to get to me. I was surprised that they used UPS for delivery, I was hoping for a more dependable and fast service. The long wait and not being able to track my order properly left me feeling annoyed and unhappy with the whole thing. I thought a service focused on delivering alcohol would be better than this.

And asking for a tip before even receiving the order? No way, that's not cool. I'm so angry, I feel like punching something. I might just have to report this to the Better Business Bureau. Geesh!

    So, I ordered 3 bottles of that stuff, but only got 1! Dealing with getting a refund for the missing bottles was such a pain. I had to call them, email them, show them screenshots, talk to my bank multiple times. It was so tiring. I eventually got the refund, but it took a really long time. Definitely not worth all the trouble, man.

    Order for Scotch bottles

    This company is a total scam, I tell ya. I tried to order three bottles of Scotch and it was a disaster. I had to sign up online first and give my credit card info before even knowing the total cost. Then they added a Delivery Fee, some unnamed fee, and a mandatory 20% tip. Greedy, much? I said forget it and tried to cancel my order, but no luck. Couldn't delete my account or payment info either. When I asked customer service to delete my stuff, they wanted me to fill out a form with ALL my personal info, even my birthdate! Can you believe it? Can't trust this company at all, total scammers. Gonna report 'em to my credit card company ASAP.

    I just ordered a gift and some liquor for my friend's birthday from this service, and I have to say, I was really disappointed with how everything went down. It took forever and a day for their support team to respond to my emails. And when they finally did get back to me, they didn't even address the issues I brought up - just sent some cookie-cutter reply that didn't help at all. Plus, the delivery driver seemed like they couldn't care less about actually dropping off my stuff properly. They just parked outside my garage and didn't bother coming to the door. And then, to make matters worse, the gift got sent back instead of attempting another delivery, which was so aggravating. Overall, the lack of customer service and attention to detail really rubbed me the wrong way. I won't be recommending this service to anyone in the future.

    Birthday gift order

    I ordered a birthday present for my dad worth $100 on 11/17 from this site. His birthday was on 12/1, so I was hoping it would arrive on time. However, when I checked the website, it still said "Packed". I reached out for updates and finally heard back on 12/4, saying they ran out of stock and had to find it elsewhere. I agreed to wait, but on 12/13, it got canceled! I'm really frustrated, they don't even deserve a single star. I won't be shopping with them again!

    I gotta tell ya, I recently bought a bottle of whiskey from Drizly, and boy was it a nightmare. The delivery guy was super rude and looked like he had no idea where he was going. I mean, c'mon, I work hard for my money and I expect better service than that. When I finally got the bottle, there was some weird note inside and I'm not even sure if they gave me the right one. And then they had the nerve to ask me to take pictures for them, like I did something wrong! I got bombarded with like 12 emails from 10 different people, and let me tell ya, they were all useless. The whole thing was a disaster, and the apology they gave me was half-hearted at best. I wouldn't touch this company with a ten-foot pole, to be honest.

    I had a really bad experience with this liquor delivery service. The website doesn't work well and the customer service is terrible. The way they run the business is messed up because the store employees don't care about orders, so deliveries are slow and wrong. Even trying to ask for priority didn't help at all. I suggest using other services like UberEats, DoorDash, or PostMates for better and dependable liquor deliveries.

    Alcohol delivery

    I was really disappointed with the alcohol delivery service from Drizly. I had ordered for it to be delivered between 11 AM and 1 PM, but it never showed up. I waited around for a long time, but eventually decided to contact customer service for help. The person I spoke to wasn't helpful at all and kept saying that the delivery had already been done. I even double-checked with the receptionist, who confirmed that no one had delivered anything. It's really frustrating that Drizly doesn't take responsibility for this kind of thing. Good thing the order was just for a gift, and not something important like a party.
