Liquor order
I was really let down by the delivery service with this company. I ordered some liquor and it took a whole six days to get to me. I was surprised that they used UPS for delivery, I was hoping for a more dependable and fast service. The long wait and not being able to track my order properly left me feeling annoyed and unhappy with the whole thing. I thought a service focused on delivering alcohol would be better than this.
Overcharged, not cool
I ordered something and they ended up charging me more than what they originally told me. I reached out to them in an email, but they didn't even bother to provide an explanation or try to fix the issue. It's just not right, you know? I've decided that I won't be purchasing from them again.
Sabra purchase
I ordered hummus from you all, but then my order got cancelled and now I'm really upset. They refunded me for the hummus, but what about the extra charge? That's just not fair. And asking for a tip before even receiving the order? No way, that's not cool. I'm so angry, I feel like punching something. I might just have to report this to the Better Business Bureau. Geesh!
3 bottles, only got 1
So, I ordered 3 bottles of that stuff, but only got 1! Dealing with getting a refund for the missing bottles was such a pain. I had to call them, email them, show them screenshots, talk to my bank multiple times. It was so tiring. I eventually got the refund, but it took a really long time. Definitely not worth all the trouble, man.
Order for Scotch bottles
This company is a total scam, I tell ya. I tried to order three bottles of Scotch and it was a disaster. I had to sign up online first and give my credit card info before even knowing the total cost. Then they added a Delivery Fee, some unnamed fee, and a mandatory 20% tip. Greedy, much? I said forget it and tried to cancel my order, but no luck. Couldn't delete my account or payment info either. When I asked customer service to delete my stuff, they wanted me to fill out a form with ALL my personal info, even my birthdate! Can you believe it? Can't trust this company at all, total scammers. Gonna report 'em to my credit card company ASAP.
Quick order processing and great customer service
I always order from this place because it's so quick and convenient. Ernesto is awesome, he always takes care of me. It's pretty sweet to get my drinks brought to me without having to leave my house. Plus, the prices are fair. I'm a big fan!
Order not delivered
Man, what a joke! I ordered something and it never showed up. No notification, no explanation. It's like they don't even care about their customers, you know? And this isn't the first time this has happened. Do they even know what they're doing over there?
Liquor and gift delivery
I just ordered a gift and some liquor for my friend's birthday from this service, and I have to say, I was really disappointed with how everything went down. It took forever and a day for their support team to respond to my emails. And when they finally did get back to me, they didn't even address the issues I brought up - just sent some cookie-cutter reply that didn't help at all. Plus, the delivery driver seemed like they couldn't care less about actually dropping off my stuff properly. They just parked outside my garage and didn't bother coming to the door. And then, to make matters worse, the gift got sent back instead of attempting another delivery, which was so aggravating. Overall, the lack of customer service and attention to detail really rubbed me the wrong way. I won't be recommending this service to anyone in the future.
Birthday gift order
I ordered a birthday present for my dad worth $100 on 11/17 from this site. His birthday was on 12/1, so I was hoping it would arrive on time. However, when I checked the website, it still said "Packed". I reached out for updates and finally heard back on 12/4, saying they ran out of stock and had to find it elsewhere. I agreed to wait, but on 12/13, it got canceled! I'm really frustrated, they don't even deserve a single star. I won't be shopping with them again!
Whiskey purchase
I gotta tell ya, I recently bought a bottle of whiskey from Drizly, and boy was it a nightmare. The delivery guy was super rude and looked like he had no idea where he was going. I mean, c'mon, I work hard for my money and I expect better service than that. When I finally got the bottle, there was some weird note inside and I'm not even sure if they gave me the right one. And then they had the nerve to ask me to take pictures for them, like I did something wrong! I got bombarded with like 12 emails from 10 different people, and let me tell ya, they were all useless. The whole thing was a disaster, and the apology they gave me was half-hearted at best. I wouldn't touch this company with a ten-foot pole, to be honest.

I had a really bad experience with this liquor delivery service. The website doesn't work well and the customer service is terrible. The way they run the business is messed up because the store employees don't care about orders, so deliveries are slow and wrong. Even trying to ask for priority didn't help at all. I suggest using other services like UberEats, DoorDash, or PostMates for better and dependable liquor deliveries.

I used this new booze delivery service and it was a total letdown, man! I was super pumped to place my order, but when I checked the app, it said my order hadn't even been packed yet. Like, seriously? I called the customer service hotline and it was like they were in a whole different country, dude! They said the store was already closed and that they were going to cancel my order, but they already took my money! Not cool at all, bro. The website was so confusing, I swear it took me like 15 whole minutes of clicking around just to finish placing my dang order. I've been using online alcohol delivery services for quite a while now, and I gotta tell you, my most recent order from Drizly really let me down. The delivery driver straight up left my package with 9 bottles of alcohol wide open in front of my door where anyone could see it. Even though they offered to give me free delivery on my next order, I'm not sure I want to risk another disappointment like this.
Online order cancellation
I was so pumped to give Drizly a shot for the first time and ordered some drinks online. But then my order got nixed, and when I tried to redo it on the app, same thing all over again. I just couldn't figure out why my card was getting rejected when it was smooth sailing on Uber Eats and Doordash. It drove me crazy to see the charges on my bank statement, but still no luck with Drizly. Support was a dead end, and I just ended up with a huge waste of time.

I'm upset because this alcohol delivery service totally ripped me off with extra charges for delivery, service, and tips. I even showed them proof of the unfair fees, but they still wouldn't give me back my $13.00. It's just not right how they run their business, and it shows in their low ratings.
