    Quick alcoholic beverage order

    This app is a total disaster! Honestly, it might just be the worst-run app ever. I tried to order some last-minute drinks, and let me tell you, it was a total nightmare. I've been waiting forever for a response about my order, and it's getting ridiculous. I stupidly gave them my credit card info, and now I'm kicking myself for it. I wanted to get some drinks for unexpected guests, but by the time I heard back, they were already gone. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this app. Believe me, it's not worth the trouble.

    Gift delivery for Christmas

    I tried to send my family some booze as a Christmas gift using this service, but things went south real quick. Not long after I placed the order, I got an email saying my account was shady and they kicked me to the curb. I tried to get some answers from customer service, but all they gave me was a vague response saying the decision was final. I'm bummed and puzzled because I've never had any problems with this service before. The way Drizly handled this whole situation left me feeling pretty frustrated and annoyed.

    I used this new booze delivery service and it was a total letdown, man! I was super pumped to place my order, but when I checked the app, it said my order hadn't even been packed yet. Like, seriously? I called the customer service hotline and it was like they were in a whole different country, dude! They said the store was already closed and that they were going to cancel my order, but they already took my money! Not cool at all, bro. Customer service was absolutely useless, they didn't even try to fix the situation. It was a complete waste of my time, I'm definitely never using this service again.

    Time-consuming ordering process

    The website was so confusing, I swear it took me like 15 whole minutes of clicking around just to finish placing my dang order. Not only was the layout a mess, but I couldn't even figure out how to choose a delivery time. It's been a whole day now and the person I sent the order to, who lives like right by the store, still hasn't gotten it. What if I didn't have their number, huh? The whole thing was just frustrating and messy, that's for sure.

    I tried to order some drinks, but they didn't show up...twice! The first night they were supposed to deliver between 6pm-8pm but nobody showed, so I decided to give them another chance. The next night, same thing - no sign of them! Customer service was pleasant, but what's the use if they can't even get my order to me? I might give them one last shot, but I'm not feeling too optimistic. They really need to step up their game.

    Alcohol delivery service

    I've been using online alcohol delivery services for quite a while now, and I gotta tell you, my most recent order from Drizly really let me down. The delivery driver straight up left my package with 9 bottles of alcohol wide open in front of my door where anyone could see it. That lack of care and attention to detail is just not cool and it definitely doesn't look good on Drizly's part. Even though they offered to give me free delivery on my next order, I'm not sure I want to risk another disappointment like this.

    Online order cancellation

    I was so pumped to give Drizly a shot for the first time and ordered some drinks online. But then my order got nixed, and when I tried to redo it on the app, same thing all over again. I just couldn't figure out why my card was getting rejected when it was smooth sailing on Uber Eats and Doordash. It drove me crazy to see the charges on my bank statement, but still no luck with Drizly. Support was a dead end, and I just ended up with a huge waste of time.

    I'm upset because this alcohol delivery service totally ripped me off with extra charges for delivery, service, and tips. I even showed them proof of the unfair fees, but they still wouldn't give me back my $13.00. It's just not right how they run their business, and it shows in their low ratings.

    Four bottles of bourbon

    I ordered four bottles of bourbon from Drizly back on 12/17, and I have to say it's been pretty disappointing. Even though I ordered everything weeks ago, I still have no idea what's going on with my order as of 1/2. I tried reaching out to Drizly several times for updates, but all I got back were vague and unhelpful responses that didn't really address my concerns. And to top it off, they let me know on 12/29 that one of the bottles I bought wasn't even available, which was frustrating since they never told me about that earlier. Plus, their website says my order has been shipped, but when I checked UPS, there's no sign of it moving at all. All in all, I'm pretty disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service from Drizly, so I'm not sure if I'll use them again in the future.
