Scam company, no delivery
I messed up by buying from this company and ended up losing hundreds of dollars. I paid for a chessboard but never got my order. It's really disappointing and frustrating. I wish I had checked the reviews before buying.

Waterproof hiking boots
These boots were supposed to be waterproof, but they ended up soaking up water like a sponge on my first hike. And don't even get me started on the return policy - it's a total joke. No way I'll be able to get my money back. Such a waste of money!

Leggings purchase
I just got some leggings from this brand and I was actually pretty impressed with how they fit and the quality overall. But I ran into a problem with them and had to reach out to customer service. I gotta say, the folks over there were amazingly helpful and really nice. They fixed the problem right away and even sent me a replacement at no cost.

Rug purchase
Man, I was so excited about snagging a 9 x 12 rug for only $220, but guess what showed up? A puny 5 x 8 rug instead! Total letdown, right? And on top of that, this AI customer service they got going on is a joke. I can't even get a real person to help me out here. Give me a living, breathing human to fix this disaster!

I recently got some really cool stuff, but some of the items needed fixing. The delivery was crazy fast, but I had to send back this jacket that was too small.
