Wamsutta sheets;
I ordered sheets from this store, but they were totally not what I expected. The customer service was so fake and not helpful at all, they didn't even listen to me. And get this, they said I couldn't return the sheets unless I forked over my own cash - seriously?! Then, they had the nerve to push this membership on me for store credit. Not cool, dude. I'm definitely not coming back here again, no way!
3 cool dressers, awesome dining table set
Omg, you won't believe it! So last month my mom got these 3 really nice dressers along with a whole dining table set for six people. They all came from Italy and got to our house crazy fast. And let me tell you, the quality was seriously top-notch - I was like, "Wow, that's impressive!"
Imported goods, slow delivery, challenging warranty process
As someone who bought items from this site, I was pretty let down by how long it took for my order to arrive and how difficult it was to deal with the warranty. I was really hoping for a smooth and speedy transaction, but it just didn't work out that way. Dealing with the warranty problem was a hassle and took up a lot of my time, leaving me feeling annoyed and unhappy.
Items I wanted
So, I went to this store and tried to order some sweet stuff, you know? But then the person there messed up my credit card and added on extra charges without even asking me! I wanted to use my rewards from before, but they wouldn't let me. The lady said she'd fix it, but she never did and just went ahead and placed the order anyway. And now I can't even close my account with them because they won't give me the forms I need. It's so aggravating! I tried to complain to BBB and Yelp, but they were useless. This place is so shady, I've got to warn everyone!
Light/fan fixture
I just bought a light/fan fixture from this store, and it didn't go so great. I asked for a certain size, but I got the wrong size not once, but twice. I reached out to customer service, and they said they'd fix it, but I got the wrong item again. Now they're talking about giving me a refund, but honestly, it's a hassle I'd rather not deal with.
Super cool towel set
This store is usually great, but today was disappointing. The new staff member wasn't very friendly and made me feel unwelcome. Hopefully they improve soon.
Dining chairs purchase
My time at Bed Bath & Beyond really let me down. I had to contact them twice just to get a replacement for the damaged piece on my dining chairs, and it dragged on for a long 3 weeks before it was all sorted out. When I asked for some kind of compensation for the trouble, I got no response and was just told my package was coming. The lack of good customer service and communication was so frustrating, and now I've got a bad view of the company.
Quarter heater purchase
My customer service experience was just awful. I had to call so many times about my heater problem, and every time I got stuck talking to these unhelpful reps who acted like they didn't even care. It was beyond frustrating and I felt like they were totally blowing off my concerns.
My new bed sheets
Oh my gosh, so like, I got these new bed sheets from this place (don't even bother ordering from there, seriously). They looked nothing like the picture and when I tried to return them, they were just like NOPE. I kept calling them every day for like two weeks and all I got were these lame excuses and no actual solution. They kept saying they were "escalating" the problem, but honestly, I think they just wanted me to stop bothering them. Like, for real, stay away from ordering anything from these guys!
Rug purchase
Man, I was so excited about snagging a 9 x 12 rug for only $220, but guess what showed up? A puny 5 x 8 rug instead! Total letdown, right? And on top of that, this AI customer service they got going on is a joke. I can't even get a real person to help me out here. Give me a living, breathing human to fix this disaster!
Vent hood purchase
I just bought a vent hood for $1607.50, then saw it on sale for $1484.90 right after. I tried to get the sale price, but they said since I'm not a member, I'd have to pay extra to get the discount. That was pretty frustrating and disappointing. I think companies should focus more on making customers happy and treat everyone fairly, whether they're a member or not.
Bedding purchase
I recently bought some bedding at this store and had a pretty bad experience. I ordered it online and everything seemed good at first. But then they let me know that they actually didn't have it in stock anymore. The worst part is, even though I've tried reaching out to customer service multiple times to get a refund, I still haven't gotten my $77.80 back. It's really frustrating to feel like they're not being straight with me, especially since all I want is my money back. It's sad to see a store I used to trust slipping like this and not meeting basic customer service standards.
Kitchen scale purchase
I bought a kitchen scale from this store and I gotta say, I was really let down. The scale had a chip in the glass that they didn't mention in the online description. The scale worked fine, but the misleading info and packaging just didn't sit right with me. The description online said it was made of "Chrome", but the packaging clearly showed it was a "Taylor Glass Digital Scale" made in China, not the USA like they said.
Furniture
Oh my gosh, you won't believe it! I ordered this furniture and it's been a disaster. Like, seriously, some of the screws were missing when it arrived. I had to wait forever for them to finally agree to send me new ones. And now, it's been like 3 weeks and I'm still waiting for them to be delivered. Can you believe it? I ordered this furniture 6 weeks ago and it's still not here. What a joke!
Multiple items
I just bought a bunch of stuff at this store, but had to return some of it. Turns out, they hit me with a fee for each item I brought back because they said they came from different places. Super annoying, especially since this was the first time I had any issues with this store. I'm definitely not going back to shop there again.
Bedroom set mirror
The customer service at this store is just awful. I ordered a mirror for my bedroom set back in November and I still haven't gotten it. When the distribution center realized they sent me two headboards instead of my mirror, I was glad they caught the mistake. But then I called customer service to fix the problem, and it turned into a nightmare. The representative, Meah, was no help at all and really rude. She wouldn't even look at the evidence I had, like photos and a voicemail from the warehouse saying they had my mirror. Instead of trying to help, she kept saying there was no record of my mirror. It's so frustrating to deal with this level of incompetence after being a loyal customer. I'm grateful for what I did get from this store, but their customer service team needs to step up their game.

I have been a long-time customer of Bed Bath & Beyond and have always had a positive experience shopping with them.
