Business cards purchase
My experience with the customer service rep was awesome! They were super professional, really patient, and even cracked some jokes. They walked me through everything smoothly, and I was thankful for their help. But, I was kinda bummed about the color of my last order. I picked out a bold, bright orange, but what I got looked more like something out of the '70s. It wasn't terrible, but just not what I had in mind. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to search for a better hex code for the right orange. Fingers crossed the color looks better this time because I need these cards for an event next week!

2 underwear and 1 bra
So, I was really pumped to receive my first order from them, but when the package came, only one of the three items I ordered was in there! I was like, seriously? I tried contacting customer support, but the email link was nowhere to be found! Plus, living in Europe, there's no easy way for me to contact them directly. I'm so let down and frustrated about this whole mess. I wouldn't advise anyone to purchase from them until they straighten things out.

The Menoglow Night Mask really lives up to its name - it's truly amazing! This product has totally changed up my skincare routine, especially since I'm going through menopause. The mask feels super refreshing and cooling, giving my skin the hydration it really needs. Since using it, I've seen a big decrease in wrinkles and my skin looks way more youthful. Now, looking in the mirror is actually enjoyable, all thanks to this product.

Airplane tour rescheduled
I had booked a plane tour for 9PM on a Friday night, but bummer, the downtown views were blocked because of a big game happening. The folks at the company were super quick to help out and offered to reschedule our tour for 9AM on that Monday. Let me tell you, the views in the morning were breathtaking! Definitely worth it. Their customer service was awesome, so flexible and understanding. I would totally recommend this tour to anyone wanting to see the city in a whole new way.

I just bought some home decor stuff from this store and I gotta say, I was super happy with how nice they were. They had a bunch of different options to pick from, so it was easy to find the perfect pieces to spruce up my place. And when they showed up, they were all wrapped up nice and came in perfect shape.

I sent in my college assignment for editing with a 3-day deadline, but they totally dropped the ball and didn't get my edited paper back to me until a day after it was due. The paper was just okay, nothing too special, and I was underwhelmed by the quality. But hey, they did give me a bit of my money back and offered to make some revisions to fix the problems I pointed out.

I recently bought some custom signs from this company, but I was really disappointed with the quality of work. The design on the signs wasn't as good as I was expecting, so I had to reach out to their customer service team to sort it out. After a bunch of calls and emails, Samantha from customer service finally admitted the mistake and gave me a full refund for the order.
