Awesome portable garage
I recently got this really cool portable garage from this place and I have to say, it's pretty awesome. The customer service lady I spoke with, let's call her Martine, was amazing. She was friendly and knowledgeable, which was great. She didn't make me feel stupid for asking questions, which is sometimes the case. I sent her some information and she responded really quickly with exactly what I needed. I was seriously impressed. I don't usually give glowing reviews, but Martine definitely earned it. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of a cool portable garage.

Great service, potential for improvement
The service I received was really good, but there are a few things that could be better. Like, it would be super helpful to have a way to filter the available dates for accommodations. And it would make things way smoother if there was clearer info on how much things cost and what paperwork tenants need to fill out. That would definitely make the whole experience a lot better.

Bike purchase delay
I bought a bike from this company thinking it would come soon, but it's been four weeks and it hasn't even shipped yet. They said it was in stock and would ship in two weeks, but that didn't happen. I'm really upset about the lack of communication and transparency. I wouldn't recommend buying from them. It seems like their prices are low because they use dropshipping, but that just made my experience bad.

Items I wanted
So, I went to this store and tried to order some sweet stuff, you know? But then the person there messed up my credit card and added on extra charges without even asking me! I wanted to use my rewards from before, but they wouldn't let me. The lady said she'd fix it, but she never did and just went ahead and placed the order anyway. And now I can't even close my account with them because they won't give me the forms I need. It's so aggravating! I tried to complain to BBB and Yelp, but they were useless. This place is so shady, I've got to warn everyone!

Lace-up boots
The lace-up boots I bought were so beautiful and made really well. The design and quality of them were top of the line, and I was amazed by all the little details. They were a tad heavier than I thought they would be, but I actually like that because it makes them feel strong and long-lasting. The only thing that bummed me out was that they didn't have an inside zipper like I thought they would. It made them a little tricky to get on and off, which was a bummer for me. Even so, the overall look and build of the boots were just amazing.

I just tried out this service where I made some custom photo calendars with pictures of my adorable new baby. The program was easy to use, but it was kind of simple in what it could do. They had a good variety of backgrounds to choose from, but searching through all of them was a bit of a pain. Plus, the program was a little slow and not as fast as I would have liked.

I just wanted to share that I bought this tablet from the store, and it's awesome! The price was right, and I couldn't be happier with it. I live in a really clean house with a great price and all my roommates are super nice! The customer service here is awesome too. Solar generators and solar chargers
I just bought 2 solar generators and 4 handheld solar chargers from this company. So, when the power went out 8 months later, I was shocked that neither the generators nor the chargers worked, even though I charged them using the wall outlet. I contacted customer service for help and they told me I was missing a "key" that was essential for them to work. Their suggestion to use a nail file or credit card corner to operate the devices seemed pretty silly to me. When I asked for a refund, they said I had to ship everything back at my own expense, which was frustrating. I ended up donating the backup food to a food bank since I thought it was low quality, rather than dealing with the hassle of returning it. Overall, I was really disappointed with my whole experience and wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
