    Two pair of pants

    I just bought two pairs of pants and was super excited when they finally arrived. But, one of them had a problem - there was an extra stitch in the leg which basically ruined it. I tried reaching out to customer service a bunch of times through email and phone, but no one ever got back to me. The return policy says I can't get a refund, which I get, but this pair of pants is obviously messed up. I can't even take out the stitch without ruining the pants, and I've asked a few different seamstresses for help but no luck. I just want a pair of pants I can actually wear, and I'm pretty bummed out that customer service hasn't helped me out.

    Sweat suit for upcoming event

    I bought this sweat suit for this event I got coming up, and man oh man, I was super let down when they straight up canceled the shipment just two days before it was supposed to arrive. Let me tell you, that threw a major wrench in my plans because I was counting on this piece for my outfit. I tried hitting up the company every which way - calling, emailing, chatting - but I couldn't get a good solution. I gotta say, the whole ordeal has left me feeling really annoyed and not too happy with the customer service they got going on.

    Ladies super stacked pants size Medium (qty 2)

    I recently bought two pairs of Ladies super stacked pants in size Medium from this company. I was drawn in by the free shipping offer, but was surprised to see shipping charges at checkout. The pants didn't fit right based on the size chart, so I wanted to exchange them, but was told they only do returns for refunds. That meant I had to pay for return shipping and would only get part of my money back for the ill-fitting pants. Customer service was no help at all, and now I'm feeling pretty frustrated with the whole experience.

    This place is awful! I called to ask about my order and they kept putting me on hold and then transferred me to voicemail. It was during Christmas, so I figured they were just really busy. But nope, same terrible service again. I am never ordering from them again!

    I recently bought these new cargo pants and crop top, but man, it was such a hassle getting them delivered. There was an error on the shipping label, so it ended up being undeliverable. When I reached out to them, they barely responded to my emails and only gave me a partial store credit. Totally uncool!

    Clothing order

    I just ordered some clothes from this company and man, it was really a letdown. I had to wait a whole month for my order and then when it finally got here, I had to pay unexpected taxes at the border. I ended up sending the stuff back because of the extra costs, but I never got my money back after the company got the items. It's pretty clear that they don't really care about keeping their customers happy, and the fact that they don't tell you about possible fees is sketchy. I recommend being careful if you're thinking about buying from this company.

    Order delayed, misleading shipping option

    This company is such a joke. I ordered this product thinking I was gonna get it in 2 days by paying extra for fast shipping. But guess what? After I ordered it, they hit me with a notification saying I wouldn't get my package until 6 days later. How messed up is that? It's straight-up false advertising, man.

    My experience with the company was seriously disappointing. They didn't deliver my order when they said they would, and nobody took responsibility for the mistake - not the vendor, not the delivery service. Ashley and Veronica, who I dealt with at the company, were terrible at communicating and were totally unprofessional. I felt like my concerns weren't being heard, and it made me super frustrated. Plus, the supervisor and dispatcher at the delivery service were clueless about where my package was. All in all, the unprofessionalism and awful service really turned me off.

    Hat and shirt

    I got this hat and shirt from that place and boy, was that a mistake! First off, I ordered two of the same thing by accident and when I tried to cancel one, they said no refunds, only store credit. How ridiculous is that? And then, when I sent back some pants that didn't fit, I never got my money back. On top of all that, they never respond to my emails or calls. It's like they don't give a darn about their customers. You can bet I won't be ordering from them again!
