    The service at this store was just terrible, plain and simple. This lady I talked to, let's just say her name was "Jessica," was so rude and disrespectful. She couldn't even be bothered to say hi to me properly and just seemed annoyed that I was there. I told the manager about how she was acting and they said they'd do something about it. But let me tell you, Jessica's bad attitude only got worse, especially when I was checking out. She was just downright impolite. The way she treated me was so unprofessional and just plain rude. No wonder no one wants to come back here.

    I got a water filter from that place, and it was totally fake! The tracking number they gave me was phony, so I couldn't even keep an eye on my package. I'm gonna have my mom get in touch with the BBB and the bank about this. They need to shut that place down because they're clearly trying to rip people off.

    My experience with the website was really frustrating. I accidentally ordered the wrong size for my grandson and wanted to fix it right away. But dealing with customer service was a pain because it seemed like a robot and not a real person. After struggling to get a hold of someone, I was finally told to send an email for help. The response I got started with a "sorry," and I could tell it wasn't going to be good news. They said I couldn't change the order, but I could return the item and buy the right size. However, when I tried to start the return process online, the website was being difficult and wouldn't let me move forward.

    My experience with the company was seriously disappointing. They didn't deliver my order when they said they would, and nobody took responsibility for the mistake - not the vendor, not the delivery service. Ashley and Veronica, who I dealt with at the company, were terrible at communicating and were totally unprofessional. I felt like my concerns weren't being heard, and it made me super frustrated. Plus, the supervisor and dispatcher at the delivery service were clueless about where my package was. All in all, the unprofessionalism and awful service really turned me off.
