    Casual shoes purchase

    The service at this store was just terrible, plain and simple. This lady I talked to, let's just say her name was "Jessica," was so rude and disrespectful. She couldn't even be bothered to say hi to me properly and just seemed annoyed that I was there. I told the manager about how she was acting and they said they'd do something about it. But let me tell you, Jessica's bad attitude only got worse, especially when I was checking out. She was just downright impolite. The way she treated me was so unprofessional and just plain rude. No wonder no one wants to come back here.

    When I went to the store, I was pretty bummed out to find out that the BOGO 50% deal wasn't all it was cracked up to be. Even though they were advertising it, a big chunk of the stuff they had, like Nike products, weren't included in the promotion. It was tough to see what actually counted for the deal, so I didn't end up really saving any money. It's a shame that they're just using this offer to get people in the door instead of actually giving customers a good deal. This experience just confirmed my suspicions, and I don't think I'll be going back there for any more shopping trips.

    I made my first online purchase for store pickup at this place and let me tell you, it was a pleasant surprise. I ordered two pairs of slides, sizes 11, right before a hurricane hit Florida. The next day, I got an email saying my order was ready for pickup. I was amazed at how quick it was, especially with the circumstances. I called the store to explain that I couldn't pick up my order until after the storm, and they totally understood. They said they would keep my items safe for as long as I needed, which was a huge relief during such a stressful time. Not only was the service fantastic, but the prices were great too. I got an awesome deal on both pairs of slides. Overall, I was really impressed with the ordering process, service, pricing, and delivery.

    I just bought two pairs of shoes on sale the other day. At first, I was excited about the deal - Buy One Get One 50% off. But when I got the email confirming my order, the discount wasn't there. A week later, I checked on my order and they couldn't even find it. The online customer service was no help at all, and they told me to call a different number for help. It's been such a hassle trying to fix this problem, wasting a lot of my time.

    Two pairs of shoes at full price

    I just bought two pairs of shoes at full price from this store, but when I got home, I realized I was charged too much. There was a sign saying the second pair should have been half off. I contacted customer service, but they didn't really help me out. They just gave me a weak excuse about a missing star that would have shown the discount. It's frustrating when a company can't own up to their mistakes and makes customers like me pay for it.

    I recently tried ordering something online from this company for the first time, and I ran into a problem with my shipping. So I had to get in touch with the customer service folks for help. I reached out to them the day after I made my order, but let me tell you, they were not helpful at all. The people I talked to online didn't even seem interested or supportive, and one of them actually hung up on me before I could finish explaining what was going on. It's really disappointing when a company doesn't take care of their customers properly like that. It doesn't matter how much they advertise or have rewards programs if they can't give good customer service when it's needed.

    So, I went to this shoe store and picked up some new kicks, you know? And the person at the counter was all like, "Hey, give me your email and score a discount!" I was pumped because who doesn't like saving money, right? But then she said the discount code would come in the mail, and I was thinking, "Mail? Who even uses that anymore?" And guess what? Now I keep getting bombarded with these pesky emails from their site. I told her to cut it out, but she was just like, "Sorry, can't do that." Ugh, so frustrating! I ain't setting foot in that store again, no way!

    I just went back to this store to return these shoes and I gotta say, I was pretty bummed about how they handled it. Even though I had my receipt and was bringing the shoes back within a reasonable time, all they offered me was a gift card instead of my money back. Not cool. This whole thing has me thinking twice about coming back to shop here again.

    $70 pair of shoes

    I bought a $70 pair of shoes at this store not too long ago, and man, they totally fell apart after just two months. I tried to take them back since they were defective, but the store manager gave me a hard time. They really didn't seem to care about making things right or keeping customers happy. It was a bummer to see a store charging so much not taking care of their stuff or treating customers right. Next time I need shoes, I won't be coming back here, that's for sure.

    I bought some shoes from this store, but they came with a security tag still on them. I contacted customer service for help, and it wasn't a great experience. They said I had to send the original pair back before they could send me a new one, which was really inconvenient and annoying. Also, I was bummed that the shoes were sent in a plastic bag that couldn't be reused, so I had to find my own box for the return.

    So, I got these really awesome sneakers online, but then I changed my mind super fast. I tried to cancel my order right away, but what a bummer, there was no option to cancel on their website! So, I shot them an email asking to cancel. They say they respond to emails within 24 hours, but it actually took them 29 hours to get back to me, and guess what? They said my order had already been shipped. I called them up and this one employee was so rude, telling me there was nothing I could do to cancel or change my order. Seriously, not cool, man. I still got the shoes, but now I have to pay for return shipping, which is like $10 with USPS! And if I go with FedEx, it's even more expensive. On top of that, it could take, like, a whole month to get my refund. They even forgot to take off this security tag on one of the shoes, so now it's going to be a pain to get it off without ruining the shoe. I'm totally over it. I'm never ordering from them again!

    Thieir variety is impeccable but more than that it is great when the brands are extensively listed in their websites for picks.
    I was having hard time find the brand I wear. Plus found some exclusive brands reserve to them and others you not find easily. O boy! Its out of the world. If you really a keeper of the shoes and wears, I trust you find this a treasure to dig in and see what resonate with you
