Part mix-up
So, I ordered these parts but turns out they don't actually have 'em. They gave me choices: wait, swap, or cancel. I went with cancel and shot 'em three emails making it crystal clear. But did they bother to confirm? Nope! They went ahead and sent the parts anyways. What a crummy way to treat a customer! I'm definitely not impressed.

Two pairs of shoes at full price
I just bought two pairs of shoes at full price from this store, but when I got home, I realized I was charged too much. There was a sign saying the second pair should have been half off. I contacted customer service, but they didn't really help me out. They just gave me a weak excuse about a missing star that would have shown the discount. It's frustrating when a company can't own up to their mistakes and makes customers like me pay for it.

I recently started selling stuff on eBid and I gotta say, it's been a breeze once you figure it out! I was worried it might take a while to get things sold since there's not as many folks on there compared to other sites, but turns out I'm already making sales. And the best part? Saving some cash on fees compared to other places is pretty sweet! I signed up for a membership with low fees and it's totally worth it. The fact that you can start an auction at the first bid is just fantastic!
