Multivitamin purchase with iodine
Hey, so I picked up a multivitamin that had iodine, thinking it was a good idea, but who knew it doesn't mix well with Graves' disease. Now I'm in a whole mess trying to cancel my subscription and stop the charges. It's really frustrating and just a pain to deal with, you know?

Travel bottle with stowaway coffee cup
I recently got a travel bottle with a coffee cup that can fold up from this company, and let me tell you, I'm really impressed. I know some folks might not totally get the whole idea of supporting a product on Kickstarter, but I've done it before and I know how it goes. This company really nailed it, especially with everything going on in the world right now, they managed to deliver a product that went above and beyond what I expected. The design is really smart, with the coffee cup fitting easily inside and the handle being super handy. The way the coffee cup locks onto the water bottle's lid is a nice detail that shows they care about the little things. Whenever I use my Hitch bottle, people always compliment it and I'm proud to be supporting a company that's all about innovation and putting customers first.

Returned shoes for refund
I just went back to this store to return these shoes and I gotta say, I was pretty bummed about how they handled it. Even though I had my receipt and was bringing the shoes back within a reasonable time, all they offered me was a gift card instead of my money back. Not cool. This whole thing has me thinking twice about coming back to shop here again.
