    I just bought something at this store using two vouchers. But, when I tried to check out online, the website wouldn't take my vouchers. I sent an email to Customer Service about it, but they didn't really help me out. Instead of fixing the problem, all they did was make excuses for taking forever (or never) to reply.

    I just bought a pair of booties from this brand and man, they were a huge letdown in terms of quality. I only wore them a few times when the heel straight up fell off. I tried hitting up customer service via email two times over two months, but no one ever got back to me. I even left a comment on their Instagram page, but got crickets in response. It's pretty obvious that they don't give a darn about their customers or the quality of their shoes. I'd say it's best to steer clear of buying anything from them.

    Learning with Udacity has been really awesome! The mentors are amazing and they really help break down the concepts and work through problems with you. The community events are engaging and help keep you on track. Some mentors are especially great at keeping you encouraged and motivated when you hit a roadblock. But earning the certificate is definitely a challenge, they want to make sure you're truly knowledgeable! All in all, it has been a fantastic experience.

    Greenmangaming has been a game-changer for me. I saved $10 on a new release by activating it straight from their website. Their service has gotten a lot better over the years, and I can't imagine buying games from anywhere else.     Glasses lens replacement

    I recently got new lenses for my glasses and I'm pretty happy with how they turned out. The glasses came in perfect condition and I'm really pleased with them. Ordering the new lenses was easy, straightforward, and didn't break the bank, which was nice. The quality of the new lenses is excellent and they fit perfectly into my frames.

    However, I did run into some issues with communication during the whole process. I had to wait almost three weeks after my frames arrived at the beginning of the month before hearing anything from the company. It was frustrating not getting any updates, especially since I was expecting some sort of automatic updates along the way. If they had been more clear with their communication or provided more updates, it would have made my experience with the company much better.

    I recently bought two pairs of shoes from this store. I was happy at first with the discount they gave to new customers. But then one of the pairs got canceled because it was out of stock. When I got my refund, I saw they deducted part of the discount I used. I emailed them a bunch of times about it, but they kept saying the refund was right. I disagree with that. They should've given me a full refund, especially since the discount was for the whole order, not just the individual items.

    When you're ordering some pricey stuff, you gotta make sure the company is on top of their game when it comes to getting it to you. Especially if you've got deadlines or promises hanging over your head. You don't want to end up letting down your customers. So if there's a chance of something going wrong or a delay in the delivery, better to be prepared. Like if there's a holiday coming up, it's smart to get that package out the door early instead of waiting until the last minute. Once it's in the hands of the courier, there's not a whole lot the company can do to speed things up, no matter how many times they reassure you.

    I recently bought a purse and wallet from The Real Real and my experience was a bit all over the place. The purse was in great condition just like they said it would be, but the wallet was way more scratched up than I thought it would be and the zipper was a pain to close. It would've been nice if they mentioned that in the description. Also, I was surprised that these fancy items didn't come with much packaging. The purse was just thrown in a box with no protection, and the wallet was in a plain bag with no padding. As someone who sells stuff myself, I would never ship things out like that.

    This was my first time ordering from this store, and I have to say, I was not happy with how things went down. I called to place my order on a Saturday and paid extra for two-day shipping because I needed it fast. But guess what? My order didn't even get shipped out on Monday like they said it would. I called them again on Monday night and they told me I'd get a tracking number by the next day. Well, that didn't happen. No updates on shipping. I finally had to send an email to cancel the whole thing because it was taking too long.

    I've been a fan of this brand for so long, always loving the quality and comfort of their stuff. Recently got a pair of their walking shoes and they've been amazing for my daily walks - super durable and comfy.     Power recliner with serveco total protection Pet 5 year warranty

    I bought this power recliner back in 2021 from this company, and I got it with the Serveco Total Protection Pet 5 year warranty. My cats ended up scratching the chair pretty badly three years later, and when I called Lazyboy about it, they said that kind of damage wasn't covered. Serveco, though, took a look at the info I sent in and decided it was due to multiple incidents, so they denied my claim. They didn't even bother to come out and check the chair in person. I feel like I threw away $270 on this useless warranty, and I want my money back in full.

    Flight cancellation experience

    My recent experience with the airline really sucked. They straight up canceled both my flight and my brother's flight, and didn't give us any good backup plans. It took me forever to get a hold of customer service, waited on hold for like more than an hour. And when I finally talked to them, they weren't helpful at all. All they offered was a full refund, which didn't even cover the cost of booking a new flight with a different airline. This whole thing has been a pain in the butt, costing me more money and inconvenience that could've been avoided if I just went with a different airline.

    I had a really frustrating experience with my subscription order from this company. I ordered two crates with a popular theme in August and December of 2021, but to my surprise, neither crate showed up by June 2022. They ended up canceling my order without even telling me!     So, hey, I stopped by this jewelry store I've been going to forever, you know? And I spotted this really stunning diamond ring that I thought would be perfect for my wife. The store manager even told me I could trade in my old ring for the new one. But when I went back, they were all like, "oh sorry, we can't do that because your old ring is real and the new one is lab created." Like, seriously? That's just not cool. They totally misled me! And when I tried talking to their district manager and customer service, they were just super rude and unhelpful. Ugh, I definitely won't be shopping there again!
