    Housewarming gift

    I got this piece as a housewarming present, and man, the quality was really disappointing. When it arrived, I was almost ashamed to give it to my friend. The names looked good, like they were printed by a machine, but the material they used was just not good enough. It was a letdown for sure, and I won't be buying anything from here again.

    I am really upset about my recent purchase from this company. It's been more than two weeks and my order is still just processing. I've tried to cancel my order a few times, but customer support hasn't helped me at all. I've sent a bunch of emails, but haven't gotten a single response. I'm thinking about disputing the charge with my credit card company now. Dealing with this company is turning out to be a total waste of time and money.

Plus, it was really tough to reach anyone for help over the phone. So irritating! This whole thing made us see why a lot of folks stick to ordering from Amazon. Returns are way simpler there.

    Non-delivery of order

    I ordered something from you all, but it never came. It got sent out, but FedEx wouldn't deliver it because it was messed up. They sent it back to you. I tried emailing your customer service folks a bunch of times, but no one got back to me about where my order was at. I'm really let down by how bad your company's communication and customer service is. I couldn't even find a phone number to call someone directly, which just made me even more upset. Because of all this, I can't tell anyone to shop with your company or any of its partners.

    Dresser Delivery Experience

    I had a really bad experience with this company's delivery service. If you happen to live in an upstairs apartment, get ready to babysit your own furniture in the rain. They want you to come downstairs to meet them, leaving your pricey purchase at risk until someone can help you. Plus, the wait was ridiculous - it took a whole 20 days for my dresser to show up. Returning items seems like it's going to be a headache too. I definitely won't be buying from this site again, that's for sure.

    I recently bought a pair of flamingo chair cushions for my kitchen table from this company. I really liked the print, so even though they were a bit pricey at $50, I decided to go for it. Unfortunately, my whole experience with this company was pretty disappointing. It took over a month for the cushions to arrive, and I had to keep reaching out to check on my order. When they finally showed up, the quality was really bad - nothing like what I saw on the website. I decided to return them, but I had to ask multiple times for the return info before I got it. And then, after they got the cushions back, it took them another two weeks to give me my refund, even though they said it would be quicker. On top of that, they made me pay $10 for shipping back their lousy product. All in all, a super frustrating experience that ended up costing me more than I bargained for.

    Solid products, slow services

    The products I got at that store were top-notch, but man, the service was so sloooow. My order took forever to get to me, and when it finally arrived, it was missing stuff. Had to return things and buy them again, which was a huge hassle. And don't even get me started on trying to get help - there was no one around to talk to! Had to wait a whole day to hear back via email. A customer service phone number would've been way better for getting things sorted out quickly.

    Late delivery, misleading information

    I ordered something and was expecting it to arrive by a specific date. But, it ended up coming a whole month later than what they first told me. I was pretty annoyed by the fact that there were no updates on the tracking and they didn't even admit that they gave me the wrong info. I ended up having to argue with my credit card company to get the charge sorted out because of all the unnecessary trouble.

    59” wicker/glass table

    I was really disappointed with my purchase from Dot & Bo. I ordered a 59” wicker/glass table and it took forever to arrive. When it finally showed up, I wasn't happy with the quality. On top of that, the customer service I got when I tried to return it was not great. Dot & Bo told me I had to wait for a response from the manufacturer before I could start the return process, and I thought that was totally unacceptable. Overall, my whole experience with this company has made me not want to suggest them to anyone else.

    Bedding set

    I bought a bedding set on May 17th and they charged my card right away. They gave me the shipping details quickly, but I still don't have my stuff. I tried contacting customer service through their site two times, but no one got back to me. I just want to know what's going on and when I can expect my package. If they can't give me that, I'm ready for them to cancel my order and give me my money back. Definitely don't count on good customer service if you decide to shop there.

    I got these super cute French chairs delivered and when they arrived, the legs were completely broken. On top of that, the delivery person left them in the rain instead of putting them under the porch. It was such a disaster! And then they expected me to print return labels and ship them back. Can you believe that? It's like a total scam. I definitely wouldn't recommend buying from them, guys!

    I bought a bookshelf from your company recently, but I had a really rough time with it. I tried reaching out the day after I ordered it to cancel because I had to travel for work all of a sudden. I sent multiple emails to your customer service team, but the bookshelf still got delivered to my house. As a nurse who works abroad a lot, I can't get packages at home in North Carolina. I don't even know if the bookshelf is just sitting outside or if someone took it. This whole thing has been really annoying and inconvenient for me.

    Wasted money on an order

    I thought online shopping was supposed to be easy, but man, my experience with this company has been a total disaster. I placed an order and sat around waiting like a chump, only to discover that they made a shipping label but never actually sent out my package. They took my money real quick, but when it came to helping me out, they were totally MIA. Couldn't get anyone to pick up the phone, and that tracking number they gave me was totally worthless. Do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere else.
