I almost didn't buy because the listing felt vague; pictures looked new but the tag said "Excellent" and I missed the actual "New" option — so yeah, initial doubt. Got the phone and it was clearly used, and the case I paid for wasn't in the box. That was annoying since I use my phone all day for work and managing the kids' schedules, so I needed it to be right. I called, they offered a return and I took it. The refund came through, which settled things, but they charged a $55 return fee — that part still bothers me. So my concern about buying online was real, it was resolved mostly by the refund, though I’d prefer clearer options and no surprise fees next time.

Weirdly, the packaging and the little case felt nicer than I expected, and one rep was actually polite, but that didn't change the issue. If you need something reliable fast, this was not it for me. Still waiting to see if they'll refund or drag it further.

Then, when it finally came, some things were missing that I had paid for. Even though I got it for the best price at the time, it was annoying to see that another store had it even cheaper right after I got mine.

I bought an iPhone 11 for my son's birthday and it came in perfect condition just 5 days later. Only thing is, I didn't get any updates on shipping so the package caught me by surprise. Good thing someone was home to get it. All in all, I'd say this company is solid and I'd definitely buy from them again.
