Stylish backpack
This cool backpack gets me tons of compliments every time I take it out. A few folks have even asked me where I got it, but I'll keep that to myself. Sadly, after using it for a bit, the zipper pull broke on me. Luckily, the customer service team was speedy and really nice about it. They wanted some proof of the issue, so I sent over some pics and videos. They agreed to send me a new bag without any hassle. I'm grateful for their quick and helpful response, and I'll still be telling others to check out this backpack.

I got my kid a Gabb Wireless phone for their birthday, and wouldn't you know it, the power button decided to quit on us after just a week. Talk about a major bummer! I ordered a pair of Veja tennis shoes as a Christmas gift. I ordered white and I received black. I am trying to return them for a full refund since this is their error. There is no address to send it to on the website and I can't get anyone to respond to my emails. I ordered through an influencer with over 1 million followers. I will be letting her know that she should not be recommending this site again.

Battle For The White House Chess Set
We tried to order The Battle For The White House Chess Set for my son for Christmas. Although it said 3-6 weeks for delivery, we were told it was shipping out that day (December 2). After several phone calls with them, it is now December 26th and they canceled our order due to "inventory issues". I am now wondering how long it will take to get a refund from them. They are inconsistent and not trust worthy. Do not deal with them.

Vibrosculpt massager
This company claimed to have shipped my purchase out, I called the delivery company they went through and they said they never received the physical package from vibrosculpt. No customer service from this merchant either. Very dissatisfied and will be filing a scam report against them.
I ordered vibrosculpt package on February 22nd, DHL e-commerce tracking showed my vibrosculpt package was in transit until the 26th. Since then it has not moved, and USPS also doesn't show whether or not it has my package. I am bitter that I fell for that scam and I lost my money. Never again will I trust nor give my money to those scam website. Devastated but lesson learned!

I received my massager and it works great! It does exactly what their website says it will do. I highly recommend this.
I did not get mine delivered as thought so emailed them and they said to check with post office. Thr link said DHL had it. Sure enough, there was a note in my mailbox that post office had it. I tried it tonight and found I didn't get the orange and blue pads. There is no way to view your receipt on their site either. They do respond though.
I'm going to give it a try. You can't hold the company responsible for the Shipping company. Most have been off their game since before Christmas. Most start off with the main company and then switch over to USPS when it gets to your area. Just keep an eye on your tracking. I'm most cases on the originating shipper's tracking site, they may have an area showing "sure post" with a long tracking number starting with 9. That's how you know it will eventually be with your Area's main Post office and that's the USPS tracking#.
Mine took pretty long, too, but it's like Latreese said: it's NOT their fault, it's the shipping company's fault. I got an email letting me know that it was gonna take longer than expected, but it finally arrived. Then I ordered the pads and the package appeared as delivered, but it never was. I contacted them for a refund, and they explained that in those cases they could send me a new one, and they did. I love it! They're NOT a scam, there's just a lot of toxic people that like to be a pain in the b***! LOL
The company is not a scammer. I got mine shortly after ordering, and the product looks good.

I ordered a bathing suit at the end of March that took 2 weeks plus to arrive. After finding out it didn’t fit, I immediately returned it and didn’t get a notification for over a week and a half after they had received it. This was at the end of April. We are now three weeks into May and I have not seen a single sign of my $90 refund. I’ve tried to contact them via phone four different times but they “aren’t taking customer service calls due to Covid-19” supposedly. Terrible business with literally no way to get in contact with them. Ended up buying a nearly identical suit from a competitor and that experience was much smoother and didn’t make me want to rip my hair out like my experience with Dippin’ Daisy’s. I cannot emphasize enough DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

I ordered this and even with the horrible winter storm received it via USPS on time, less than a week after ordering. I appreciate the additional gel included, I have not tried it yet but so far so good as far as ordering and shipping. I looked at many of these devices online and most that I found were dishonest companies and misleading reviews, the reviews would look great but of you actually read them they were not even about the product for sale, amazon was really bad and I love Amazon. Wellue has been 100% honest so far and that is much appreciated! I want my money back for the chess set. no good missing 2 pieces. they refuse. This is unacceptable to sell saying 2 pieces once nominated and then not deliver on promise.
