Black leather briefcase with red front pocket
I'm really loving this briefcase! I've had it for a bit and it's holding up great, super durable. Two bags
I found this company and decided to buy two bags. Even though I haven't gotten my order yet, I trust their products are high quality. The support team has gone above and beyond my expectations. Bag
Caveat emptor. Customer Service is terrible! Ordered a bag and didn't like after receiving it. Notified them within 3 days. Was told I would be responsible for shipping cost if I returned it. Also told my return would need to be approved. Not sure what they are reviewing. Bag has all it's original tags on it and paper in it. Been over 5 days, still not approved. Once you buy, you are out of your money whether you like it or not. Caveat emptor! Was excited and planed to return my bag and purchase a brief case. After this, would never order anything from this company.
