I really enjoy hopping on my scooter for the 1.6-mile ride to work each day - it's totally smooth and fun! Although, there was this one time I had an issue with the electrical system. When I got in touch with customer service, they were incredibly helpful. They sent me a new display and brake handle, and included some easy-to-follow instructions on how to get everything fixed up. The whole process was a piece of cake, and now my scooter is back in tip-top shape. Huge thanks to the customer service team!

Don't bother going to that fancy store. The people who work there act all high-and-mighty and the prices are just ridiculous. You can definitely find the same stuff for way cheaper somewhere else. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere better.

I just became an Elite member of Founders Card, and I'm already seeing the perks pay off big time. In the past couple of weeks, I've saved enough money buying office computers and booking a flight to more than make up for the membership fee. The customer service and concierge service have been top-notch too, especially when I ran into some trouble with my Delta status and needed a hand. I'd definitely suggest Founders Card to any business owner or busy professional out there who's always on the go and could use a little extra help.

I just bought some tickets on this site and got them real fast. But oops, I messed up and got tickets for the wrong city. Sand filter purchase
I bought a sand filter from this company recently, and it was a bit of a rollercoaster. The website had decent prices and my order got to me quick, which was great, but the customer service left a lot to be desired. I tried to get some info on the product by calling, but the people I talked to didn't seem to know much at all. So, I just ended up buying the filter online by myself. When it showed up, the instructions were missing some pieces. I called customer service again for help with putting it together, but they didn't have much to offer and told me to find a local person to install it. I have a feeling their customer service might be based in another country.

Don't be fooled by what it says on their website - the truth is a lot different from what they're selling.

I just placed an order for some hair products online and man, it was a mess! They didn't bother telling me that the stuff wasn't even in stock; I had to reach out to them first. Then out of the blue, my order gets cancelled with no explanation whatsoever. Seriously, what gives? Customer service didn't even have a clue as to why it got cancelled - apparently only the higher-ups know, but I couldn't even get in touch with them. It's like I'm just supposed to suck it up and not question anything. That's just not right, dude.

I gotta say, those waterproof hiking boots I got from Outdoor Research totally blew me away.
