it’s late, the kids are finally quiet and I’m in the kitchen trying not to inhale salon fumes (been there — my eyes used to burn every single time). I’d been doing salon keratin for years, then tried DIY to save money, but the fumes made me miserable. After the first kiddo it got even worse and I hated it. Fast forward: paying salon prices for three of us (yeah, expensive) and watching the stylist get nervous around my youngest’s scalp (she screams if you tug even a little) made me start hunting for something better. I found this product and, honestly, it felt like a small miracle. The delivery was surprisingly fast — box came well-packed, no leaks, nice little tracking updates that actually worked (that’s rare). Customer service was great too; I had a dumb question about timing and they replied quickly and politely, like a real person, which calmed me down more than I expected. Using it was almost too easy. I didn’t blow dry beforehand (wanted to keep their natural curl) — towel-dried, saturated the hair, shower cap for 90 minutes, then a few passes with the flat iron (only like three passes, not the 20+ salons do). I put it on with my bare hands — no burning, no eye sting for me or the kids. The 10-year-old said it’s “the best keratin I’ve ever gotten” and she actually did her own hair for the first time (small victory). My 8-year-old — thick, super curly, normally the salon could only get it halfway down after straightening — this time it smoothed all the way to mid-back. My hair is fine and curly, so results were softer and defined, not dead-straight, which I wanted. One container did all three of us (I think skipping the blow-dry step used less product). Things I’ll be honest about: it’s not flawless. The smell lingers a bit (not unbearable, but notice it), and the finish isn’t like a glossy salon wig — there’s still some natural texture, which I actually like, but if you want pin-straight for weeks, this isn’t that kind of chemical steamroller. Also had to be careful with the flat iron heat and timing (I messed a little the first time, so read the instructions). Overall though, in our very dry climate this gave our hair life — less frizz, easier mornings, and fewer tears (from the kids and me). The price felt fair considering I saved salon trips, and shipping/customer care made the whole experience low-stress. Would I recommend it? Absolutely — especially if you’re doing this at home because of allergies, cost, or just wanting control over your kids’ hair. Not perfect, but really, really good and totally worth trying.
Not reliable if you need it soon
this wasn’t a smooth experience. I ordered about a month ago and I’m still left guessing where the package is. I’ll acknowledge the product itself might be fine — I can’t say either way yet — but the communication and shipping were the real problem. Emails came back with polite, boilerplate replies saying they have “shipping issues,” and the tracking link they sent doesn’t tell me an ETA or much of anything useful. I’ll update this if the order finally shows up, but as it stands I can’t recommend them when you’re on a timeline. It’s not a disaster—support replies were courteous, and maybe the product will be fine—but the lack of real tracking info and the slow delivery make it hard to trust. Small things like clearer ETA, fewer intrusive pop-ups, and direct answers would go a long way. If you need something quickly, try a different seller; if you can wait and you don’t mind the hassle, maybe it’ll work out.

Oh my gosh, this hair dye totally ruined my hair! It's all orange and it even stained my sink. And can you believe they won't let me return it? Such a rip-off, seriously. When I tried to return the unopened bottle, they said I had to pay for shipping, which wasn't cool since I spent over $100 on two bottles. Overall, my experience with this company has been a nightmare. I wouldn't recommend their products to anyone.

Oh my gosh, I used this product that was supposed to get rid of grey hair and it made my hair super bright orange! Can you believe it? I had to dye it way darker just to hide the orange, but it still has a red tint. And to top it off, they didn't even offer a fix and I had to pay to send back the unused product.
