Anti-greying hair product
I'm a customer at this salon, and I recently bought this anti-greying hair stuff that promised to naturally put color back in my hair bulb. I gotta say, I was super let down. The product totally looked and smelled like hair dye, and it even messed up my sink. I only used it once, and my hair went from 90% gray to light brown, even though my natural hair is almost black. I'm really not sure if this product actually works like it says it does, especially since big beauty companies haven't come out with anything like it. I tossed that stuff out real quick, thinking about what's really in it and if it does anything at all.

I just bought some hair products from this salon and let me tell you, I was seriously blown away by how great everything was. The people working there knew their stuff and really helped me figure out which products would work best for my hair. And the products? Top-notch quality. My hair has never looked or felt better since I started using them. It's clear to me that this salon stands out from the rest because of the care and knowledge they put into recommending their products.
Keratin hair products
I'm a regular customer at this store and I've always had a good experience. There have been a few delays because of supply-chain problems, but I've always gotten my orders on time. The anti-grey stuff didn't do what I hoped, but the keratin product went above and beyond my expectations. It really made my long hair look great - healthier and shinier. I've even gotten compliments on it. In the end, I'm happy with what I've bought from this store.
Hair treatment purchase
I went to the salon the other day to buy a new hair treatment product. Turns out, it didn't do much for my hair, so I wanted to return it. But when I tried to talk to one of the staff about it, she wasn't very helpful. She said I probably used it wrong, even though I had the receipt! It was frustrating to see how they cared more about money than making sure their customers are happy.

Oh my gosh, this hair dye totally ruined my hair! It's all orange and it even stained my sink. And can you believe they won't let me return it? Such a rip-off, seriously. I've been trying to reach them by phone but no luck, and emails take forever to get a response. It's just not right that I'm stuck with this terrible product.

I bought this hair treatment from that place not too long ago and, man, it was a disaster. My hair started falling out like crazy after I used it for a few months. I've always had a full head of hair, so this freaked me out big time. I've seen other people online saying the same thing happened to them, and now I'm thinking I might have to get a lawyer involved if this keeps up. Something's not right here, and we gotta make sure nobody else goes through this mess. Gotta report it to the right people so they can put a stop to it.

As a customer of this hair care company, I have to say I am really let down by the service I got. I had a problem with my order, and they said they'd give me a refund, but I've been waiting for months. I've sent a bunch of emails and tried to sort it out, but all I've gotten back is unprofessionalism and no one taking responsibility. Okay, so I ordered some hair products online and was super pumped to get them. But you know what? They never showed up! I waited and waited, but nothing. It's like they just disappeared. I even checked my mail three times a day, but nope, still no package. Such a huge letdown!

I can't believe it! That hair dye burned my scalp and itched like crazy for days. I totally regret using it, it was the worst decision ever. And let's not even talk about the huge bump it gave me on my head. Ugh, just don't do it!
Hair color product purchase
I bought this hair color stuff from this company recently and it was a total letdown. They claimed it wasn't dye, but it ended up staining everything because of some coloring plant extract (carthamus tinctorus) in there. When I tried to return it, they wouldn't give me my money back since I opened it already. Plus, they didn't give me a return label for the second thing I bought in a deal, so I had to pay for return shipping. That's just not right.
Buy hair products
Omg, I went to this hair shop and it was seriously the worst ever! Their products didn't even work and they refused to take them back. I heard that some people even created a whole Facebook page just to warn others about how terrible they are!
Antigrey restoring treatment
I bought the Antigrey restoring treatment from this company recently. Gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with the product and customer service. The customer service was basically MIA - no one answered the phone and email replies were super slow. The Antigrey restoring treatment had a horrible smell, like rotten garlic. When I tried to return the unopened bottle, they said I had to pay for shipping, which wasn't cool since I spent over $100 on two bottles. Overall, my experience with this company has been a nightmare. I wouldn't recommend their products to anyone.
Hair product purchase
I had a really awful time at that salon. They said they were all about natural ingredients, but the stuff they put in my hair was full of nasty chemicals that made my scalp itch and gave me a pounding headache. It was obvious they weren't being honest about what they were using. I'd tell anyone to steer clear of that place if they care about their health. Don't be fooled by what it says on their website - the truth is a lot different from what they're selling.

I bought some hair products from this company not too long ago and, to be honest, it didn't go too well. I changed my mind right after ordering and tried to cancel the same day. Even though I got a confirmation saying the order was canceled, I've been reaching out to them about my refund since February 17th. Now it's March 20th, and I still haven't seen that money back in my account. It's been pretty disheartening and annoying dealing with this as a customer.
I spent so much money
I spent like a ton of money and they said they'd give me even more back, but it was all a huge scam! What's up with that?! Such a rip-off!
