I have been a client of Nannybag for the past year and have had nothing but positive experiences with the company. Their service is top-notch and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

I had a great experience storing my luggage at this place in Barcelona. Being close to Plaza España made it super easy for me to leave my bags before I started my trip. Cheapest option but confused staff
This place was really inexpensive, which was awesome, but when I tried to drop off my luggage, the guy there had no idea about the website where I made the reservation! He could only see bookings from a different site. I was stuck there for what felt like ages, trying to figure it out, and ended up having to call the number on the site for assistance. Finally, the guy allowed me to leave my suitcase there, and picking it up later was pretty simple.
Bag storage experience
I just went to drop off my bag, and let me tell you, the staff there were super nice and fast! They were great at chatting with me and giving me directions. Only thing is, they didn't have a designated spot for my bag, so it ended up just chilling under the counter near the cash register. I mean, if I had some really cool stuff in there, I might have been a bit more uneasy about it. But overall, everything else was pretty smooth sailing.

It was so cool how quickly I was able to drop off my bags. I decided to add a few extra bags last minute and it was no big deal at all. I was finished in just 5 minutes! I'll definitely recommend it to my friends who are coming in from out of town and need to store their bags before they can check in.

Difficult and Unhelpful Experience
I had such a horrible experience with that luggage service. I got totally lost trying to find the place, and it wasn't easy to locate at all. I sent a message on the app at my reserved time, but nobody ever got back to me, so I was stuck waiting around for hours. And when I finally made it there, the locker wouldn't open because they gave me the wrong code. It was so aggravating to waste all that time and not get any help or even a word from them.
